Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ հոկտեմբերի 19-ի նիստում ընդունել է որոշում, որով նախատեսվում է ապահովել 2023 թ. խաղողի մթերումների գործընթացի կազմակերպման միջոցառումների շրջանակներում առաջացող ֆինանսական պարտավորությունների կատարումը։
Ըստ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության իրականացրած մոնիթորինգի արդյունքների՝ ընթացիկ տարվա խաղողի ավելցուկային քանակն Արմավիրի և Արարատի մարզերում գնահատվում է մոտ 65 հազար տոննա և նշված քանակությամբ խաղողի մթերման համար ընդունվել են Կառավարության որոշումներ: Որոշմամբ առաջարկվում է պահուստային ֆոնդից Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությանը հատկացնել 870 մլն դրամ՝ 6000 տոննայից մինչև 9000 տոննան ներառյալ և 15000 տոննա և ավելի խաղողի մթերումներ իրականացնող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին սուբսիդավորման տրամադրման համար:
Բացի այդ, հայկական կոնյակի սպիրտի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող կազմակերպությունից առնվազն 5 տարի հնացված՝ մինչև 1 մլն լիտր (100 %-անոց սպիրտի հաշվարկով) հայկական կոնյակի սպիրտ ձեռք բերելու համար «Հայ-Ալմաստ» ՓԲԸ-ին կտրամադրվի 2 մլրդ դրամ բյուջետային վարկ՝ տարեկան 0.01 տոկոս տոկոսադրույքով, 2 տարի մարման ժամկետով։
