Փաշինյանի ստրասբուրգյան ելույթն իր նպատակներին հասնելու համար փայլուն էր. դժվար էր ավելի շռնդալից կերպով տրորել սեփական ժողովրդի շահերը, անցնել զոհերի շիրիմների վրայով, գեոպոլիտիկ վտանգավոր շպագատներ նստել և արյուն տենչող ժամանակակից քաոսում զոհասեղանին կրկին դնել հայի կյանքն ու պատիվը:

Նիկոլն այս ամենն արեց բարձր վարպետությամբ, և սա ասում եմ առանց հեգնանքի. արտիստիզմ, էմոցիաներ, ներկա հանդիսատեսի համար թիրախային բառապաշար, տեխնիկապես անթերի:

Բովանդակային առումով աշխարհի ցինիզմից դժգոհած Նիկոլի բեմելն ինքն իրենով ցինիզմ էր, ստոր և լկտի ցինիզմ: 40 րոպեանոց «բենեֆիսը» կառուցվել էր երկու այնպիսի հասկացությունների շուրջ, որոնք պարզապես ֆիկցիա են, փուչիկ. ժողովրդավարություն և խաղաղություն: Անգամ ափսոս է ժամանակ ծախսել և ապացուցել բացահայտ ճշմարտությունը, որ Հայաստանում չկա ժողովրդավարություն, և սա հայտնի է նաև այն շրջանակներին, որոնք երեկ ծափահարում էին Նիկոլին: Ներկայիս աշխարհաքաղաքական բախումների մեջ ԵՄ-ն, բնական է, որ աչք կփակի երկրում բռնապետական շիզոֆրենիայի վրա այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ Փաշինյանը կսպասարկի նման վեկտորը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է խաղաղությանը՝ որպես ծրագրային թեզ և Հայաստանի ներկայիս ռեժիմի վարած քաղաքականության նպատակ, ապա սա եվրոպական level-ի զավեշտ է: Մի հարց ընդամենը. արդյո՞ք եվրոպացի պատգամավորները հոտնկայս կծափահարեին Զելենսկիին, եթե նա մեղադրելով Ռուսաստանին և շարադրելով իր մեղադրանքի փաստարկները, վերջում ասեր, որ պատրաստ է այդ ամենով հանդերձ և գալիք սպառնալիքների հեռանկարով մինչև տարեվերջ խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրել Ռուսաստանի հետ:

Ելույթի կոնտենտ-վերլուծությանը հավելեմ ընդամենը մի քանի դիտարկում, որոնք կարծես թե դուրս են մնացել հանրային դիսկուրսից.

1. Նիկոլն իր բուն ելույթում ոչ մի խոսք չասաց Հռոմի ստատուտի վավերացման մասին: Ինչո՞ւ, չէ՞ որ նրանք մեզ «համոզում էին», որ դա Ալիևին պատժելու համար է արվում:

2. Նա զրո անդրադարձ կատարեց Բաքվի բանտերում՝ որպես պատանդ պահվող Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության մասին:

3. CEPA-ի մասին խոսելիս Նիկոլը լռեց դրանով ամրագրված Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի մասին: Ի դեպ, երբ Փաշինյանը գովում էր ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի դիվանագիտական կարևորագույն ձեռքբերում համարվող այդ համաձայնագիրը, ես հիշում եմ նույն այդ Փաշինյանի ելույթներն այս թեմայով 2017թ.-ին, երբ նա ասում էր բառացի, որ «CEPA-ն ջուր է»:

4. Ամենախոշոր զավեշտներից մեկն այն է, որ մի քանի օր առաջ նույն Եվրոպական խորհրդարանում քննարկվեց և ընդունվեց Ադրբեջանին դատապարտող ավելի խիստ բանաձև, քան Հայաստանը ներկայացնող դե ֆակտո ղեկավարի ելույթն էր: Այս իրողությունը Փաշինյանի կողմից վարվող հակահայկական քաղաքականության ամենացցուն ապացույցներից մեկն է:

Պարտվողականություն, զիջումներ, անկլավներ, «խաղաղության խաչմերուկի» ցնորք, գեոպոլիտիկ արկածախնդրություն. այս ամենը փաշինյանական սոլոյի վտանգավոր կուպլետներից էին, որոնք Նիկոլը փաթեթավորել էր 2018թ.-ի «հեղափոխական դեմոկրատի» կերպարի մեջ, որ այդքան սիրվել էր Արևմուտքում:

Սակայն 2023թ.-ին «Белые розы» երգացանկով Եվրատեսիլ գնալը գուցե դուր գար 45+ հանդիսատեսին, սակայն նման «երգչով» ներկայացող երկրի համար խղճուկ է, խայտառակ և ֆիասկոյի արձանագրում:

Մի՞թե չորացել է հայ ժողովրդի արգանդը…
