Հաջորդ տարի հայաստանյան 270 դիմորդներ կկարողանան անվճար կրթություն ստանալ ՌԴ–ում

Հայաստանից 270 դիմորդ կկարողանա 2024-2025 ուսումնական տարում անվճար կրթություն ստանալու Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում։ Այս մասին Sputnik Արմենիա մուլտիմեդիոն մամուլի կենտրոնում հայտնեց Հայաստանում Ռոսսոտրուդնիչեստվոյի ներկայացուցչության (Հայաստանում Ռուսական տուն) ռուսաց լեզվի գծով նախագծերի և կրթական ծրագրերի համակարգող Այգուլ Շամսուտդինովան։
Նա նշեց, որ ծրագիրն անվճար ուսուցման հնարավորություն է ընձեռում Ռուսաստանի լավագույն բուհերում բոլոր մակարդակների վրա։ Եվ ոչ միայն Մոսկվայում կամ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում, այլև երկրի ցանկացած այլ քաղաքում։ Բացի այդ, կարելի է սովորել ոչ թե Ռուսաստանում, այլ Հայաստանում` Հայ–Ռուսական համալսարանում։ Ծրագրում ներառված չեն միայն Մոսկվայի պետական համալսարանն ու Մոսկվայի միջազգային հարաբերությունների պետական ինստիտուտը (ՄԳԻՄՕ)։
Շամսուտդինովան հավելեց, որ նախորդ տարի 250 քվոտա էր հատկացվել։ Նա նշեց, որ մեկ տարի առաջ ամենապահանջված ուղղություններն էին բժշկությունը, ՏՏ–ն, իրավաբանությունը և զբոսաշրջության ոլորտը։ Նրա խոսքով` բժշկական բուհերի 16 տեղի համար 50-60 մարդ էր հավակնում։ Շամսուտդինովան նշեց, որ բոլոր ուսանողները հանրակացարան և կրթաթոշակ (որը առաջադիմությունից կախված կավելանա կամ կկրճատվի) են ստանում։
«Հայտերի ընդունումը պետք է ավարտվեր նոյեմբերի 1-ին, սակայն մենք որոշեցինք երկարացնել ժամկետը մինչև դեկտեմբերի 1-ը։ Ժամանակ կա, բայց խորհուրդ ենք տալիս չհապաղել։ Եկեք կոնսուլտացիաների և լրացրեք հայտերը», – ասաց ծրագրի համակարգողը։
Հայաստանում Ռոսսոտրուդնիչեստվոյի ներկայացուցչության ռուսաց լեզվի գծով նախագծերի և կրթական ծրագրերի համակարգողի օգնական Մարիա Ավանեսովան իր հերթին նկատեց, որ ծրագրում ներառված է ոչ միայն բարձրագույն, այլև միջին և լրացուցիչ մասնագիտական կրթությունը։ Այսինքն` 9-րդ դասարանի աշակերտներն արդեն կարող են հայտ ներկայացնել, որպեսզի հաջորդ տարի շարունակեն ուսումը ՌԴ–ում։ Ընդ որում` կարող են դիմել ոչ միայն Հայաստանի բնակիչները, այլև ԼՂ–ից բռնի տեղահանվածները։
«Ծրագիրը առկա ձևաչափով է, սակայն լրացուցիչ մասնագիտական կրթություն կարելի է ստանալ հեռավար», – ասաց Ավանեսովան։
Նա հավելեց, որ դիմորդների շրջանում կան զորակոչի տարիքի տղամարդիկ, որոնք ընդունվելուց հետո ակադեմիական արձակուրդի հնարավորություն են ստանում։ Այսինքն` նրանց համար պահպանվում է անվճար քվոտան, և բանակից հետո նրանք կարող են շարունակել ուսումը ռուսական բուհում։
