Մարդ բախտ ունենար՝ ԱԺ քպ-ական պատգամավոր լիներ, մի քիչ «դուխով» լիներ, մի քիչ էլ ժողովրդավարության իդեալներին նվիրված ու կոռուպցիայի նկատմամբ անհանդուրժող լիներ ու ԱԺ-Կառավարություն հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ ասեր՝ «Մեծարգո պարոն վարչապետ, այն, որ Արցախի հարցը էսպես բարեհաջող լուծեցիք, որը բխեց, ինչպես Դուք էիք ասում, Հայաստանի ժողովրդի շահերից, Արցախի ժողովրդի շահերից և Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդի շահերից, շնորհակալ ենք ու ազգովի պարտական, որ այդ կարևոր խոստումը պահեցիք։ Հիմա հարցս վերաբերում է Արցախի խնդրից ավելի կարևոր մի հարցի, որը վերաբերում է թավշյա, ոչ բռնի, ժողովրդական, սիրո և հանդուրժողականության հեղափոխության սկզբունքներին։ Այն, որ Ձեր պետական, պաշտոնական այցերին, ուղևորություններին մասնակցում են Ձեր երեխաները, նրանց մասնակցության հետ կապված բոլոր ծախսերը արդյոք «նախկինների թալանից կոպեկ առ կոպեկ հետ բերված միլիարդների՞ց» են փակվում. եթե այո, ապա ինչու՞ այդ գումարների շահառուն մեր երեսուն տարի կեղեքված ժողովուրդը չէ, եթե ոչ, ապա ժողովրդին ցույց կտա՞ք, որ Ձեր անձնական խնայողություններից են հատկացվում դրանք։ Եվ Ձեր դպրոցահասակ երեխաների դասարանցիները երբ հարցնում են, թե ու՞ր են իրենց բացակայող ընկերները, ուսուցիչները նրանց ի՞նչ են պատասխանում՝ «պետական կարևորագույն գործերով արտասահմա՞ն են ուղևորվել»։
