Վրաստանում սպանված ադրբեջանցի 14-ամյա աղջկա ընտանիքը մեղադրվում է վաղ ամուսնությանը մեղսակից լինելու մեջ

Վրաստանի դատարանը հոկտեմբերի սկզբին սպանված 14-ամյա Այթաջ Շախմարովայի մորն ու հորեղբորը մեղադրել է անչափահասի հարկադիր ամուսնության մեջ։
Վրացական լրատվամիջոցները ուրբաթ հայտնել են, որ դեպքից երկու ամիս առաջ անչափահասին առևանգել էին, և հարկադրաբար նրա հետ ամուսնացել էր 27-ամյա Ասիմ Ասլանովը, որն էլ հոկտեմբերի 6-ին գնդակահարել է Այթաջին՝ փախուստի փորձի ժամանակ:
Երեքշաբթի ոստիկանությունը չորս օր խուզարկությունից հետո ձերբակալել է Ասիմ Ասլանովին՝ Թելավիի շրջանային դատարանի կողմից Ասլանովին հեռակա մեղադրանք առաջադրելուց մեկ օր անց։ Ասլանովը չորեքշաբթի դատարանում ընդունել է աղջկա սպանությունը, սակայն հայտարարել է, որ զղջում է արարքի համար և այն դիտավորյալ չի արել։
«Ես երբեք զենքի հետ գործ չեմ ունեցել, կարծում էի, որ միայն կվիրավորեմ, և երբ տեսա արյունը, վախեցա և փախա»,- ասել է Ասլանովը՝ ըստ Formula TV-ի թարգմանության։ Ասլանովը խոսում էր ադրբեջաներեն. «Ես կարծում էի, որ [ատրճանակը] օդաճնշական է և միայն ձայն է հանում։ Ես նույնիսկ զենք կրել չգիտեմ, երբեք չեմ ունեցել»:
Ասլանովը հավելել է, որ ինքը ավելի վաղ ընկել էր ձիուց և վնասել գլուխը, ուստի «գիտակից չէր», երբ հարձակվեց Շախմարովայի վրա։ Նա չի նշել, թե որտեղից է ձեռք բերել զենքը։ Ասլանովը անցնում է ընտանիքի անդամի նկատմամբ ծանրացուցիչ հանգամանքներում դիտավորյալ սպանության գործով, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը։ Մեղավոր ճանաչvելու դեպքում նրան սպառնում է կա՛մ 16-ից 20 տարվա, կա՛մ ցմահ ազատազրկում։
Չորեքշաբթի Ռուսթավիի շրջանային դատարանը մեղադրել է անչափահասի մորն ու հորեղբորը, որոնց սպառնում է մինչև վեց տարվա ազատազրկում։ Հինգշաբթի Pirveli հեռուստատեսությունը հայտնել է, որ Շախմարովայի հայրը, որը արտասահմանում էր, նույնպես ժամանել է հարցաքննության։

Ըստ տեղական լրատվամիջոցների, Շախմարովան ապրում էր Դմանիսիի շրջանում, հիմնականում էթնիկ ադրբեջանցիներով բնակեցված գյուղում՝ Ուսեինքենդիում:
Շախմարովայի սպանության հաջորդ օրը նրա մայրը լրագրողներին ասել է, որ 14-ամյա աղջկան առևանգել է Ասլանովը, երբ աղջիկը «դաշտ էր գնացել հորթին բերելու, և այս տղան թաքնվել էր այնտեղ»։ Նրա մայրը, որի անունը չի հրապարակվում, նաև ասել է, որ չի կարողացել փրկել Շախմարովային, քանի որ Ասլանովը սպառնացել է սպանել նաև իրեն։
«Նրանք առևանգել են իմ երեխային. Դա տեղի չի ունեցել ընտանիքի համաձայնությամբ։ Ես ուզում էի գնալ այնտեղ, բայց տղան ինձ ասաց, որ եթե դու գաս, ես քեզ էլ կսպանեմ։,- ասել է մայրը։- Սպանել է իմ աղջկան, որովհետև նա ուզում էր հեռանալ»։
