ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության Բարձրագույն կրթության և գիտության կոմիտեն հրապարակել է բարձրագույն մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրեր իրականացնող (բակալավրի և մագիստրոսի) հաստատությունների ցանկերը, որտեղ կարող են իրենց ուսումը շարունակել 2023 թ․ սեպտեմբերի 19-ից հետո Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված ուսանողները: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից։
«ՀՀ կառավարությունը հոկտեմբերի 12-ի N 1762-Լ որոշմամբ հաստատել է 2023 թ․ սեպտեմբերի 19-ից հետո Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված ուսանողների՝ 2023-2024 ուստարվա ուսման վարձի լրիվ կամ մասնակի փոխհատուցման նպատակով կրթաթոշակի տրամադրման կարգը և տրամադրվելիք կրթաթոշակի առավելագույն չափերը՝ ըստ կրթական ծրագրերի կամ կրթական աստիճանի:
Ցանկերում ներկայացված են տրամադրվելիք կրթաթոշակների առավելագույն չափերը՝ ըստ կրթական ծրագրերի, և տարբեր պետական բուհերում նույն կրթական ծրագրի համար նախատեսված ուսման վճարների չափերը 2023-24 ուստարվա համար՝ ըստ մասնագիտությունների: Ցանկերում ներառված բուհերում մագիստրատուրայի ուսման վարձի չափը չի կարող գերազանցել 560 հազար դրամը, իսկ բակալավրիատի կրթական ծրագրերի դեպքում՝ 700 հազար դրամը:
Կրթաթոշակների առավելագույն չափերը հաշվարկվել են՝ ըստ տվյալ կրթական ծրագրով ուսուցում ապահովող բոլոր պետական բուհերի, ներառյալ՝ մասնաճյուղերի հաստատված վարձավճարների միջին արժեքների»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ Որոշ կրթական ծրագրերի դեպքում սահմանված կրթաթոշակի չափն ավելի ցածր է, քան որոշ բուհերում այդ ծրագրի համար սահմանված ուսման վճարը: Այդ դեպքում ուսանողը կարող է ընտրել նույն կրթական ծրագիրն իրականացնող այլ ուսումնական հաստատություն կամ մարզային մասնաճյուղ (ինչը որոշակիորեն կթեթևացնի նաև կեցության հետ կապված ծախսերը) կամ կարող է լրացնել տարբերությունը սեփական միջոցներով: Այն պարագայում, եթե Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ուսումնառած կրթական ծրագիրը ներկայացված չէ հրապարակված ցանկում, ուսանողը կարող է ուսումը շարունակել հարակից կրթական ծրագրով:
