«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

polit.ru-ն «Ալեքսեյ Մակարկինը հայ և իսրայելական հասարակությունների տարբերությունների մասին» վերնագրով հրապարակել է քաղաքագետ Ալեքսեյ Մակարկինի կարծիքն այն մասին, թե ինչու երկարատև ռազմական հակամարտություններից հայ և իսրայելական հասարակության հոգնածությունը տարբեր արդյունքների կհանգեցնեն: «Հայաստանը հոգնել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ Ադրբեջանի հետ 35-ամյա առճակատումից. դա էր ԼՂՀ-ի փլուզման հիմնական պատճառը։ Դեռևս 2020 թվականին պարզ էր, որ երկիրը պատրաստ չէ նոր զոհողությունների գնալ հանուն ղարաբաղյան գաղափարի։ Պարտված պատերազմից հետո Փաշինյանի կուսակցությունը կրկին հաղթեց արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում, իսկ «ղարաբաղցիների» քաղաքական ուժերը՝ Քոչարյանն ու Սարգսյանը, պարտություն կրեցին։

Սակայն հայ հասարակության հոգնածությունն ուղեկցվում էր մեկ այլ կարևոր գործոնով՝ երիտասարդ քաղաքացիների համար գրավիչ այլընտրանքով եվրաինտեգրման տեսքով։ Ղարաբաղի հետ Եվրոպա գնալը շատ ավելի դժվար էր, քան առանց դրա: Եվրոպայի փափուկ ուժը մնում է ուժեղ հավանական թեկնածուների համար: Իսրայելի հետ իրավիճակը բոլորովին այլ է, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ պաղեստինցիների հետ առճակատումը շատ ավելի երկար է իր բնույթով։ Հասարակության մեջ կան հոգնածության ախտանիշներ, անկախության կայացման ու պաշտպանության հերոսական շրջանը վաղուց անցել է։ Բայց դա որոշիչ գործոն չէ երկրի ճակատագրի համար։ Նախ՝ Իսրայելը նահանջելու տեղ չունի, խոսքը պետության գոյության մասին է, ընդ որում՝ հիմնված ամուր և արմատացած, էմոցիոնալ ընկալվող գաղափարի վրա։ Իսկ ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը կենտրոնացած է ոչ թե համակեցության, այլ Իսրայելի կործանման վրա: Սա այն դեպքն է, երբ ծրագրային դրույթները քաղաքական տեխնոլոգիաներ չեն, այլ համապատասխանում են իրական ծրագրերին։

Ահաբեկիչների համար ցանկացած տարածք ցատկահարթակ է ապագա ընդլայնման համար, և դա վերաբերում է նաև Գազայի հատվածին: Հետևաբար, եթե Հայաստանում զորացրում է եղել, ապա Իսրայելը մոբիլիզացվում է։ Երկրորդ հերթին՝ չկա Թուրքիա-Ադրբեջան ռազմավարական կապի նմանակը, որը կտրուկ ամրապնդել է իր դերը Հարավային Կովկասում, Իսրայելի վիճակը այլ է։ Իրանը շատ արաբական երկրների կողմից ավելի շուտ ընկալվում է որպես վտանգ, քան իսլամական ինքնության վրա հիմնված գործընկեր: Ավելին, մնում է նաև սուննիների և շիաների հարաբերությունների խնդիրը, և Համասի սուննիները ստիպված են եղել մերձենալ Իրանի հետ, այն պայմաններում, երբ արաբական սուննի երկրները սկսել են բանակցել Իսրայելի հետ»։
