Արցախի ՆԳՆ խոսնակ Հունան Թադևոսյանը Արցախից դուրս է եկել հոկտեմբերի 1-ին, երբ գրեթե բոլոր արցախցիներն արդեն լքել էին իրենց հայրենիքը։ 

Թադևոսյանի խոսքով ՝ Արցախում այս պահին իրենց ցանկությամբ մնացել է 8-10 մարդ։ ՆԳՆ խոսնակն ասում է, որ մարդկանց մի մասը հոգեկան խնդիրներ ուներ, մի մասն էլ անճար մարդիկ էին, ուզում էին մնալ իրենց քաղաքում և տարհանման պահին ասում էին՝ սա իմ հողն է, և ես ուզում եմ այստեղ մեռնել։ 

MediaHub-ը կապ հաստատեց Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետ Դավիթ Սարգսյանի հետ՝ պարզելու այս պահին տիրող իրավիճակը։ 

«Ստեփանակերտում 10 հոգի մարդ է մնացել, պարետ Սարգիսն ու թուրքերը։ Իրենք իրենց անվտանգությունը պետք է ապահովեն, նաև Կարմիր խաչն է ներկա»,- նշեց Սարգսյանը։ 

MediaHub-ն ավելի վաղ գրել էր, որ լուրերը, թե Ստեփանակերտի պարետ է նշանակվել Սարգիս Գալստյանը, իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում չէ, և երեկ Բաքուն հաստատեց դա ադրբեջանցի գեներալ-մայորի նշանակմամբ։ 

Հոկտեմբերի 3-ին Սարգիս Գալստյանի պարետ լինելու լուրը կայծակնային արագությամբ տարածվեց, սակայն մեր աղբյուրները հերքել էն այն։  

Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք լինելու է Արցախի վտարանդի Կառավարություն և ի՞նչ հույսեր են կապում արցախցիներն այդ Կառավարության հետ՝ մեր զրուցակիցը նշեց․ 

«Կառավարության հարցը քննարկման փուլում է, դեռ հստակ պատասխաններ չեմ կարող տալ։ Բռնի տեղահանվելուց հետո չեմ տիրապետում արցախցիների մասին շատ տեղեկությունների և չգիտեմ` ինչ հույսեր կամ սպասումներ ունեն մեր քաղաքացիները»,֊ հավելեց նա։
