Քաղաքացու ահազանգի հիմքով՝ կասեցվել է հացի արտադրամասի արտադրական գործունեությունը

ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Արագ արձագանքման բաժնի տեսուչները` քաղաքացու ահազանգի հիման վրա «ԷՄՕՄ» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող հացի արտադրամասում իրականացրած ստուգման ընթացքում պարզել են, որ այն գործում է իրավական ակտերով սահմանված սանիտարահիգիենիկ նորմերի խախտումներով (ք. Երևան):
Այս մասին հայտնում են Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնից։
Մասնավորապես՝
– արտադրամասի կառույցի հատակը, պատերը, դռները և աշխատանքային սեղանները չեն ունեցել հարթ մակերես, պատրաստված չեն եղել անջրանցիկ, լվացվող նյութերից,
– արտադրական շինության կառուցվածքը չի ապահովել հոսքայնությունը՝ չբացառելով պարենային հումքի և սննդամթերքի, աղտոտված և մաքուր գույքի հանդիպակաց խաչաձև աղտոտումը,
– խմոր հունցելու սարքը, խմորագնդի սեղանը, բեռնարկղերը և դարակաշարերը չեն ենթարկվել պատշաճ մաքրման ու ախտահանման,
– չի բացառվել կենդանիների, այդ թվում՝ կրծողների և միջատների ներթափանցումն արտադրական շինություն,
– առաստաղների որոշ հատվածներում ծեփերը եղել են թափված, ինչը չի կանխարգելել կեղտի կուտակումը, բորբոսի առաջացումը, առաստաղից մասնիկների թափվելու հնարավորությունը,
– բացվող ներքին պատուհանները չեն ունեցել միջատապաշտպան ցանցեր, բացակայել է անձնակազմի համար նախատեսված հանդերձարանը:
Հացի արտադրամասի արտադրական գործունեությունը կասեցվել է, սահմանվել է ժամկետ հայտնաբերված խախտումները վերացնելու համար:
