Տևական ժամանակ է՝ որևէ տեղեկություն չկար Արցախի նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ, պետական նախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանի մասին: Armlur.am-ը պարզել է, որ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը ընտանիքով նույնպես տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ: Սակայն այդ գործընթացը այդքան էլ սահուն չի անցել:   Հակարիի կամրջին տեղադրված անցակետում ստուգման պահին ադրբեջանի սահմանապահ ծառայության աշխատակիցները անմիջապես ճանաչել են նրան և արգելանքի վերցրել:

Տևական ժամանակ նրա կինն ու երեխաները մնացել են մեքենայում, իսկ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը գտնվել է Ադրբեջանի սահմանապահ ծառայության աշխատակիցների վերահսկողության տակ: Ներսիսյանին ազատ են արձակել ՌԴ անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայության՝ Արցախում խաղաղապահ ուժերի կազմում ներառված աշխատակիցների միջնորդությամբ:  

​​Լրատվամիջոցին հաջողվել է նաև հեռախոսակապ հաստատել Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանի հետ, ով հաստատել է ՀՀ տեղափոխվելու, Հակարիի կամրջին ադրբեջանցիների կողմից իրեն արգելանքի վերցնելու և որոշակի ժամանակ անց ազատ արձակելու հանգամանքը: Վերջինիս պնդմամբ՝ ինքն այդ մասին չի խոսել և չի բարձրաձայնել, քանի որ այդ ժամանակ Արցախում դեռևս պաշտոնյաններ կային, իսկ իր կողմից հայտարարություններ անելը, Արցախից ՀՀ տեղափոխվելու մասին խոսելը կարող էր որոշակի խնդիրներ առաջացնել նրանց համար:

Հարցին, թե ինչով է զբաղվելու ՀՀ-ում և արդյոք պետական համակարգում աշխատելու առաջարկ ստացե՞լ է, թե՞ ոչ, Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը պաատասխանել է, որ աշխատանքի առաջարկ չի ստացել, մասնագիտությամբ իրավաբան է և կփորձի դրան համապատասխան աշխատանք գտնել:
