Նիկոլը չկարողացավ սրբագրել Գրանադայում արձանագրած ֆիասկոն
ANALYSIS
Գնահատելով Գրանադյի հանդիպումն ու հայտարարելով, որ իդեալական վիճակներ բոլոր դեպքերում եբեք չեն լինելու՝ Պետոյին հյուրընկալած Նիկոլը Գրանադյան «էպոպեան» գլխավորապես կարևորել է ՀՀ-ԵՄ հարաբերությունների, Արևմուտքի կողմից ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքի անձեռնմխելիության ճանաչման տեսանկյունից՝ միաժամանակ հայտարարելով, որ քանի որ Գրանադայի փաստաթղթում բացակայում է Իլհամի ստորագրությունը, ուստի ինքը չի կարող մինչև տարվա վերջ կնքվելիք խաղաղության պայմանագրի մասով երաշխիքներ տալ:
Գրանադայի ամբողջ իմաստը ո՞րն էր: Իմաստը երկու հակամարտող եկրկների միջև միմյանց տարածքային աբողջականութան ճանաչումն էր ու այդ ճանաչումը փաստագրող փաստաթղթի ընդունումը: Պարզ է, չէ՞, որ Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության նկատմամբ սպառնալիքները Գերմանիայից կամ Ֆրանսիայից չեն գալիս, ուստի եթե այդպես է, ապա այդ երկրների կոմղից ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքի ճանաչումը կամ արցախցիների մասին ձևական ակնարկները գործնականում Հայաստանին ոչինչ չեն տալիս: Որպեսզի Գրանադան գրոշի արժեք ունենար ու դիվանագիտական տապալում չդառնար, պետք էր այնտեղ Իլհամի ներկայությունն ու նրա ստորագրությունը: Մի՞թե Նիկոլը կածում է, թե Եվրոպայի կողմից ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքի ճանաչումը կարող զսպիչ գործոն դառնալ Իլհամի համար այն դեպքում,երբ «Գորշ գայլերի» առաջնորդի որդին դառնում է ԵԽԽՎ փոխնախագահ: Ո՞ր Եվրոպա՞ն է զսպելու Իլհամին կամ Էրդողանին՝ հրաժարվելու «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» կոչված աշխարհաքաղաքական պրոյեկտից,Արցախի գլխին եկածը դաս չեղա՞վ…
Ինչ վերաբերում է ՀՀ-ԵՄ հարաբերությունների անվերջ խորացման մասով եվրոպացիների դրսևորած էնտուզիազմին, ապա մեծ անալիտիկ պետք չէ լինել՝ հասկանալու, որ աշխարհաքաղաքական այս իրավիճակում այդ հարաբերությունների խորացման միակ նպատակը ՀՀ-ն ՌԴ ծիրից դուրս դնելն է լինելու. Հայաստանը Արևմուտքին հարկավոր է՝ բացառապես Մոսկվայի համար Կովկասում խնդիրներ ստեղծելու համար:
