«ՀայաՔվե»-ն շարունակում է իր նախաձեռնությունը

«ՀայաՔվե»-ի նախաձեռնող խումբը վաղը՝ ժամը 11-ին օրինագիծը պաշտոնապես կմուտքագրի Ազգային ժողով։ «Արցախի Հանրապետությունը, չնայած հայաթափված և զավթված է, իրավաբանորեն շարունակում է գոյություն ունենալ: Եվ «ՀայաՔվե»-ն առավել քան հաստատակամ է` իր սկսած գործն ավարտին հասցնելու և արգելափակելու նոր կապիտուլյացիոն պայմանագրի կնքումը, որով Արցախը կարող է ճանաչվել Ադրբեջանի կազմում»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:

Նախաձեռնությունը, նշենք, վերջին տարիներին գործող վարչախմբի դեմ օրենքի և ինստիտուցիոնալության տեսնակյունից միակ ռեալ և լուրջ քայլն է։ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գլխավորած նախաձեռնությունը մի պահ հայտնվել էր ոչ միայն փաշինյանական վարչախմբի, անգամ ընդդիմության քննադատությունների թիրախի տակ։ Ընդդիմադիր շրջանակների մեծ մասը բացի կուրծք ծեծելուց որևէ քայլ չեն արել։

Ձախողելով խորհրդարանական աշխատանքը, և պայքարը փողոցում, այդ շրջանակները տևական ժամանակ թիրախավորել էին «Հայաքվե»-ին, ընդհուպ ֆեյքերով և լրատվական դաշտ աղբ նետելով վարկաբեկել նախաձեռնությունը։ Մինչդեռ այն միակն էր, որ ռեալ 58 հազար ստորագրություն կարողացավ հավաքել և այսօր էլ շարունակում է իրավական պայքարը, իսկ Արցախի բնակչության բռնի տեղահանությունից հետո հենց իրավական ուղին է մնացել։

«Հայաքվե»-ի նախաձեռնությունը հանրային համախմբման ահռելի պոտենցիալ ունի, իսկ դժգոհ զանգվածների ալիքը կարող է իր ճանապարհից սրբել բոլորին, թե՛ գործող վարչախմբին, թե՛ նրանց իրենց անողնաշարությամբ աջակցող ընդդիմությանը։

Վերկուսակցական այս շարժումը երկրում իրական փոփոխություններ բերելու լուրջ հնարավորություն ունի։
