Նոր մանրամասներ Երևանում 25-ամյա տղային հրազենային վնասվածք պատճառելու դեպքից․ կրակողը հայտնի է

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի, ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության ծառայողները, համագործակցելով Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժին քննիչների հետ, ձեռնարկելով հսկայածավալ ու բազմակողմանի օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական գործողություններ, պարզել են հոկտեմբերի 6-ին որտեղ և ինչ հանգամանքներում են հնչել կրակոցներն ու քաղաքացին ստացել հրազենային վնասվածք։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ այդ օրը ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում Եղբայրության և Անանուն փողոցների խաչմերուկում Երևանի բնակիչ 25-ամյա Հրայր Ա.-ն իր մոտ եղած ապօրինի պահվող հրազենից կրակել և հրազենային վնասվածք է պատճառել Երևանի բնակիչ 26-ամյա Տիգրան Դ.-ին։
Շենգավիթ բժշկական կենտրոնի բժիշկների շնորհիվ հնարավոր է եղել վիրավորի կյանքը փրկել։
Ոստիկանությունն ու Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ՝ Հրայր Ա.-ին և հանցագործության գործիք հրազենը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
Դեպքի փաստով Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, հոկտեմբերի 6-ին կրակոցներ են հնչել Երևանում։ Ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում Շենգավիթ բժշկական կենտրոնից ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ հրազենային վնասվածքով իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։ Հիվանդանոց էին ժամանել Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պետ Սևան Քոչարյանը և վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Խորեն Բարխոյանը։ Հիվանդանոց էր մեկնել ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Անդրանիկ Շահբազյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Հիվանդանոց էին ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 4-րդ գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գնդի հրամանատար Անդրանիկ Իսախանյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատար Արմեն Գասպարյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Կարեն Ավետիսյանի գլխավորությամբ։Հիվանդանոցում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել էին, որ վիրավորն ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու, քանի որ գտնվում է վիրահատարանում։
Ոստիկանները պարզում էին՝ որտեղ և ինչ հանգամանքներում է վիրավորը հրազենային վնասվածք ստացել, ինչպես նաև պարզում էի նրա ինքնությունը։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով վիրավորը 25-ամյա տղա է:
