Ես կարծում եմ՝ Գլխավոր դատախազությունը շատ ազնիվ է գտնվել այս գործը վերապահելով իր այս ստորաբաժանմանը առանց թաքցնելու քաղաքական իմաստը և հետապնդումների փաստը։
Այս մասին դատական նիստի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը։
«Գլխավոր դատախազությանը ազնվության համար պետք է անպայման կրեդիտ տալ, որ պետական իշխանության դեմ ուղղված համապատասան հանցագործությունների ստորաբաժանման ներկայացուցիչներն են զբաղվել այս գործով, որտեղ, որ չկա պետական իշխանության դեմ որևէ արարք։ Ազնիվ է, որ գլխավոր դատախազությունը կարծում է, որ սա պետք է արձանագրվի որպես փաստ»,- ասել է Արման Աշոտյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանում մեկնարկել է Արմեն Աշոտյանի գործով դատական առաջին նիստը։
Արմեն Աշոտյանը երկու ամսով կալանավորվել է հունիսի 16–ին։ Նա մեղադրվում է պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահման և փողերի լվացման համար, որն առաջացրել է ծանր հետևանքներ։ Ըստ մեղադրանքի Արմեն Աշոտյանը և Երևանի Հերացու անվան բժշկական համալսարանի նախկին ռեկտոր Միքայել Նարիմանյանը մեղադրվում են բուհին պատկանող մոտ 100 հազար դոլարի գույք հափշտակելու մեջ:
