ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը հարցազրույց է տվել ՌԲԿ-ին՝ անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հակամարտության կարգավորման առաջընթացին, Մոսկվայի և Երևանի հարաբերություններին և տարածաշրջանում ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հետագա ճակատագրին։

Պատասխանելով հարցին առ այն, թե արդյոք կարելի է համարել, որ սեպտեմբերի 19-ին Ադրբեջանի հարձակումից և Արցախի Հանրապետության ինքնալուծարման որոշումից հետո վերջ է դրվել Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությանը, Գալուզինը նշել է.«Ներկայիս իրավիճակը, երբ ռազմական գործողություններ չկան, մեծ մասամբ Ռուսաստանի և նրա խաղաղապահ զորակազմի արժանիքն է։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, կարծում եմ, որ կոնֆլիկտային իրավիճակում վերջակետ դեռ չի դրվել: Եվ այստեղ ակտուալ է մնում Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների միջև ձեռք բերված եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների համալիրը։ Խոսքն այնպիսի կարևոր բաղադրիչների շուրջ պայմանավորվածությունների ձեռքբերման մասին է, ինչպիսիք են Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների և տնտեսական կապերի ապաշրջափակումը, սահմանի սահմանազատումը դրա հետագա սահմանագծմամբ, խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրումը և Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի հասարակական գործիչների, փորձագիտական համայնքների, խորհրդարանականների միջև շփումների հաստատումը: Այս ամենը միասին վերցրած պետք է հանգեցնի փոխադարձ ընդունելի նորմալացման պայմանների, որոնք կամրագրվեն ապագա համաձայնագրում։ Եվ Ռուսաստանը, որպես ազնիվ միջնորդ, որը գործընկերային և դաշնակցային հարաբերություններ ունի երկու երկրների հետ, կձգտի օգնել ապահովելու, որ մեր երկու հարևանների միջև կայուն, հավասարակշռված պայմանավորվածություններ ձեռք բերվեն»։
