Արցախից բռնագաղթած մեր հայրենակիցներին այս օրերին օգնության ձեռք են մեկնում մեծաթիվ փոքր ու խոշոր կազմակերպություններ, Սփյուռքից ու Հայաստանից բարերարներ, հասարակական կազմակերպություններ, անհատներ, առհասարակ՝ ով ինչպես կարող է։ Ջանք են ներդնում հայրենիքն ու տունը հետևում թողած արցախցիներին օգնելու համար։

Աջակցության մասին հայտարարած ամենաառաջին և ամենամեծ փաթեթն առաջարկածներից մեկը ռուսաստանաբնակ հայ գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանին պատկանող «Տաշիր» բարեգործական հիմնադրամն էր։ Արցախցիների կողքին կանգնելու մասին հիմնադրամը հայտարարեց սեպտեմբերի 25-ին՝ բռնագաղթից մեկ օր անց։

Փորձեցինք ճշտել, թե ինչ տիպի աջակցության մասին է խոսքը։ Ըստ մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների այս պահի դրությամբ ընկերությունը տանիք է հատկացրել 750 ընտանիքի, աշխատանքներ են տարվում թիվը հասցնել 1500-ի։ Բացի այդ, ընտանիքներն ապահովվել են ապրելու համար անհրաժեշտ հնարավոր բոլոր պայմաններով։ Մեր աղբյուրը, մոտավոր նկարագրեց, որ օգնության ծախսային մասը, օրինակ, 500 ընտանիքին հատկացվող ամսական բյուջեով կազմում է շուրջ 150 հազար դոլար:

Բարեգործական հիմնադրամը հոգում է նաև արցախցիների աշխատանքի տեղավորելու մասով՝ 250 անձի աշխատանք է ապահովվել «Տաշիր» խմբի կազմակերպություններում։

Ընկերությունը, ինչպես նշեցինք, մտադիր է ընդլայնել աջակցության շրջանակը։
