Առաջին անգամ չէ, որ ԵԽԽՎ-ն հակահայկական ու միակողմանի բանաձևեր է քննարկում` հակառակ հայկական կողմի բողոքների:

Այս մասին «Արմենպրես» մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին ասաց ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի և քաղաքական հարցերի գրասենյակի պատասխանատու Կիրո Մանոյանը`անդրադառնալով ԵԵԽՎ ձմեռային նստաշրջանում երկու հակահայկական բանաձևերի սպասվող քննարկմանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ հայկական կողմն կարողացածն անում է, պարզապես այստեղ կարևորվում է մեր հասարակության աջակցությունն ու մասնակցությունը:

«Հայտնի է, որ Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի հանձնախումբը սկսել է ստորագրահավաք: Հայաստանից էլ այդ ստորագրահավաքին մասնակցությունն օգտակար կլինի: նախաձեռնողները 1500 ստորագրություն էին ակնկալում, բայց այդ շեմն անցել են, հիմա թիրախ են սահմանել 2500-ը»,-ասաց նա` ընդգծելով, որ ստորագրահավաքը վեհաժողովի պատգամավորների վրա ճնշում գործադրելու գործիք է: Ըստ Կիրո Մանոյանի` դժվար չէ ենթադրել, թե ինչպիսին կլինեն քննարկումների արդյունքները, բայց կարծում է, որ ամեն դեպքում մինչև վերջին պահն այդ ուղղությամբ պետք է աշխատանք տարվի:

«Այստեղ շատ կարևոր է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների դերակատարությունը. իրենք պետք է ակտիվ լինեն: Նախ և առաջ նման բանաձևերը հարվածում են իրենց միջնորդած բանակցությունների գործընթացին: Ադրբեջանի բուն նպատակն այն է, որ բանակցությունների հարթակը փոխի»,-ավելացրեց Կիրո Մանոյանը:

Ըստ նրա՝ հայկական պատվիրակությունը կարող է ավելի մեծ արդյունքի հասնել, եթե ԵԽԽՎ-ում շատ պատգամավորների հետ աշխատի: Ամեն դեպքում, բանաձևերի ընդունումը Կիրո Մանոյանն աշխարհի վերջը չի համարում:

«Ուղղակի այս որոշումը ղարաբաղյան հարցի վրա դրական ազդեցություն չի կարող ունենալ, սակայն բացասական ազդեցություն կունենա, ինչը կխրախուսի Ադրբեջանին՝ շարունակելու իր կամայական կեցվածքը բանակցությունների ընթացքում, Հայաստան- Ադրբեջան սահմանին: Անհրաժեշտ է, որ միջազգային համայնքը, եթե հարգում է իրեն, թույլ չտա, որ ծախու ապրանք դառնա Ադրբեջանի ձեռքին»,-ասաց նա և հույս հայտնեց, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող պետություններն ավելի ակտիվ կլինեն:
