Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳ նախարար Կատրին Կոլոննան, France 2-ի եթերում անդրադառնալով ԼՂ-ում իրավիճակին, վերահաստատել է իր աջակցությունը Հայաստանին:
ԼՂ-ում էթնիկ զտումների մասին հարցին նա պատասխանել է.
«Նման բան է հիշեցնում: Մարդիկ ստիպված են իրենց նախնիների հողը լքել, ստիպված են դուրս գալիս այնտեղից` վերջին ռազմական գործողություններից հետո կամ նոր ռազմական գործողության սպառնալիքի տակ: Դա ինքնակամ ելք չէ»,- ասել է նա:
Իրադարձությունների նկարագրման համար նախարարն օգտագործել է «հանցագործություն» և «ողբերգություն» բառերը:
Նախարարը վստահեցրել է` պետք է հույս ունենալ, որ տեղահանվածները կկարողանան վերադառնալ ԼՂ:
Կոլոննան հիշեցրել է` «Ֆրանսիան արդեն վաղուց Հայաստանի բարեկամն է և հանդես է գալիս նրա կողմից»: Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի դեմ պատժամիջոցներին` դիվանագետը նշել է, որ այդ հարցն «օրակարգում չէ»:
«Մենք աջակցություն ենք ցուցաբերում հայերին, հատկապես` հումանիտար և բժշկական ոլորտներում»,- ասել է նա:
Կոլոննայի խոսքով` Ադրբեջանը պարտավոր է հարգել միջազգային իրավունքը և իր պարտավորությունները։
«Մենք Հայաստանին աջակցում ենք նաև դիվանագիտորեն, քաղաքական ձևով»,- շեշտել է նախարարը
