Արցախի գործող, նախկին տարբեր պաշտոնյաների ձերբակալությունների և Բաքու տեղափոխելու մասին տեղեկատվությանը զուգահեռ արտաքին աշխարհը հիմնականում արձագանքում է հումանիտար օգնության կամ խաղաղության կեղծ կոչերի տրամաբանության ներքո:
 
ԱՄՆ պետդեպարտամենտը, ով ամիսներ առաջ անտեսում էր Ալիևի` ուժի կիրառման սպառնալիքները և խրախուսական կոչեր անում Արցախում «համաներում» տալու ադրբեջանական խոստումներին, հիմա ոչ մի ձայն չի հանում:
 
Որքան տեղյակ եմ` նույնիսկ Կարմիր Խաչը Բաքվում չի այցելել ձերբակալված/կալանավորված արցախցիներին` հասկանալու, թե նրանք ինչ վիճակում են` մարդասիրական իրավունքի նվազագույն տարրերը պաշտպանելու համար:
Ռուսական կողմը հայտարարություններ հնչեցնելիս կամ գործողություններ իրականացնելիս պետք է հստակ գիտակցի, որ եթե ինքը խնդիր ունի օրվա իշխանության կամ ինչպես իրենք են ասում` «ժամանակավոր վարչակազմի» հետ, ապա չպետք է գնան այնպիսի քայլերի, որի հետևանքով հայ ժողովուրդը տուժի:
 
Ձեր «ռազբիռատները» փաշինյանյանական իշխանության հետ արեք` դուք էիք նրանց ձեր գործընկերն ու բարեկամը համարում և ներկայիս ծանր վիճակը մնացածի վրա մի տարածեք:
 
ՌԴ-ն պետք է օպերատիվ աշխատանք տանի Բաքվի բանտերում գտնվող արցախցիների արագ վերադարձի ուղղությամբ, որովհետև դրա հնարավորությունն ունի և խաղատախտակին նաև նրանց հեղինակության հարցն է դրված` ադրբեջանական լկտիությունները վկա:
