Կրեմլն ու ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն հաստատել են Արցախի հարցով Թուրքիայում գաղտնի բանակցություններ անցկացնելու տեղեկությունը

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան մեկնաբանել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցով Ռուսաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի և ԵՄ-ի ներկայացուցիչների գաղտնի հանդիպումը հանդիպումը, որի մասին ավելի վաղ գրել էր Politico-ն:
«Դա սովորական տեսակետների փոխանակում էր», - ճեպազրույցում ասել է Զախարովան:
Հրապարակման համաձայն՝ հանդիպումը տեղի է ունեցել Թուրքիայում՝ ադրբեջանական ռազմական հարձակումից երկու օր առաջ։
Զախարովայի խոսքով՝ հանդիպման հետ կապված ոչ մի գաղտնի բան չկար, գրում է ՌԻԱ «Նովոստի»-ն։
Մինչդեռ ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովն ասել է, որ հրապարակման մեջ կան բազմաթիվ անճշտություններ և սխալներ՝ կապված Ղարաբաղի հարցով ԱՄՆ-ի, ԵՄ-ի և Ռուսաստանի հանդիպման հետ։ Այս մասին գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Սեպտեմբերի 19-ին Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի սահմանի ողջ երկայնքով ռազմական ագրեսիա սկսելուց մի քանի օր առաջ ԱՄՆ-ի, ԵՄ-ի և ՌԴ-ի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները գաղտնի կարգով արտահերթ բանակցություններ են վարել. դրանք տեղի են ունեցել Թուրքիայում: Այս մասին գրել է Politico-ն:
Բանակցություններին քաջատեղյակ բարձրաստիճան դիվանագետը Politico-ին ասել է, որ հանդիպումը կայացել է սեպտեմբերի 17-ին՝ Ստամբուլում: Նրա խոսքով՝ այն տեղի է ունեցել Արցախի իննամսյա շրջափակմանը վերջ դնելու նպատակով Ադրբեջանի վրա ճնշում գործադրելու փորձերի շրջանակում:
Հանդիպմանն ԱՄՆ-ն ներկայացրել է Կովկասյան բանակցությունների հարցով ԱՄՆ ավագ խորհրդական Լուի Բոնոն, ԵՄ-ի կողմից եղել է Հարավային Կովկասում միության ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարը, ՌԴ-ի կողմից՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորման հարցերով ՌԴ հատուկ բանագնաց Իգոր Խովաևը:
Պարբերականը նկատում է, որ նման բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպումը հազվադեպ երևույթ է:
Politico-ի հետ զրույցում ԵՄ պաշտոնյան ասել է.«Մենք կարծում ենք, որ կարևոր է պահպանել կապի ուղիները համապատասխան զրուցակիցների հետ՝ թյուրիմացություններից խուսափելու համար»:
ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտի խոսնակը հրաժարվել է մեկնաբանել հանդիպումը՝ ասելով միայն, որ «չեն մեկնաբանում մասնավոր դիվանագիտական քննարկումները»։
Այնուամենայնիվ, խնդրին ծանոթ ամերիկացի պաշտոնյան, որն անանուն մնալու պայմանով խոսել է զգայուն դիվանագիտական հարցի շուրջ, բացատրել է, որ քննարկումները եկել են այն ըմբռնումով, որ տարածաշրջանում դեռևս իշխում է Կրեմլը:
«Մենք պետք է կարողանանք աշխատել ռուսների հետ այս հարցում, քանի որ նրանք ազդեցություն ունեն կողմերի վրա, հատկապես, երբ մենք այժմ գտնվում ենք անորոշ վիճակում», - ասել է ամերիկացի պաշտոնյան:
