Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան գնացող շուրջ 60 բեռնատար՝ բեռնված կոնյակով, սպասում է հսկողության ավարտին, ռուսական կողմը մաքսային հսկողություն է իրականացնում ՀՀ-ից Ռուսաստան գնացող կոնյակի նկատմամբ, երբեմն որոշում են ապրանքն ուղարկել փորձաքննության: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկությունը հաստատեց ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությանը կից մաքսային կցորդ Վահան Հակոբյանը:
«Կոնյակի նկատմամբ հսկողությունը շատ շուտ է սկսվել Ռուսաստանում: Մարտ-ապրիլ ամիսներից ռուսական մաքսային ծառայությունը մաքսային հսկողություն է սկսել իրականացնել Հայաստանից ներմուծված կոնյակների նկատմամբ: Դա բացատրում են նրանով, որ հայտնաբերել են խախտումներ՝ կեղծ կոնյակներ և այլն: Մի քանի օր առաջ հսկողությունն ավելի են ուժեղացրել: Եթե նախկինում հսկողությունն իրականացվում էր կոնկրետ ինչ-որ արտահանողների կամ ներմուծողների նկատմամբ, այս պահին Հայաստանից եկող ամբողջ կոնյակը ենթարկվում է մաքսային հսկողության»,-ասել է Հակոբյանը:
Նա բացատրել է՝ հսկողությունը լինում է երկու տեսակի՝ փաստաթղթային կամ զննում: Զննման արդյունքում հնարավոր է որոշում կայացվի ապրանքն ուղարկել փորձաքննության: Երբ ապրանքն ուղարկվում է փորձաքննության, մեքենաները ստիպված են լինում սպասել անցակետում մինչև պատասխանների գալը: Մաքսային կցորդի խոսքով՝ մեքենաների կուտակումների պատճառը հիմնականում հենց դա է լինում, որ սպասում են փորձաքննության պատասխանին: Այն կարող է տևել 1 շաբաթից մինչև 1 ամիս:
