«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երբ ադրբեջանական աղբյուրները նախօրեին տեղեկություններ տարածեցին, թե ՄԱԿ-ի առաքելությունը ժամանել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ, դժվար էր արագ կողմնորոշվել կամ բնորոշել, թե դա ի՞նչ է. հեգնա՞նք, թե՞ ավելի ծանր մի բան: Հաղորդվում է, որ հոկտեմբերի 1-ի առավոտյան ՄԱԿ-ի առաքելության անդամները Աղդամով մեկնել են Ասկերան-Ստեփանակերտ ուղղությամբ։
Շարունակությունն ավելի ձեռառնողական է. «ՄԱԿ-ի առաքելության նպատակն է՝ տեղում ծանոթանալ իրավիճակին և որոշել բնակիչների հումանիտար կարիքները»: Հարց է ծագում՝ այդ ո՞ր կամ ի՞նչ բնակչության մասին է խոսքը, ի՞նչ հումանիտար կարիքներ որոշելու մասին, երբ շատերի, այդ թվում՝ նույն ՄԱԿ-ի անգործության ու կրավորականության հետևանքով այժմ Արցախում արդեն բնակչություն չկա: Ընդհանրապես չկա:
ՄԱԿ-ի առաքելության անդամներն, ի՞նչ է, ռուսական խաղաղապահների հե՞տ են զրուցելու, թե՞ ադրբեջանական ահաբեկիչների, մարդակերների ու հանցագործների: Վերջին մի քանի ամսվա ընթացքում Արցախի հարցով ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի 2 հրատապ նիստ եղավ: Ու՝ ի՞նչ: Նիստերը հրատապ էին, իսկ այդպես էլ որոշում չկայացրած, հայտարարություն չընդունած ՄԱԿ-ի առաքելության տեղ հասնելը՝ անշտապ-անշտա՜պ: Բա մոտ 9 ամիս, երբ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը տոտալ բլոկադայի էր ենթարկել Արցախը՝ հումանիտար ծանր վիճակ ստեղծելով այնտեղ, ՄԱԿ-ը, Եվրամիությունը, «քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհն» ո՞ւր էին: Թե՞ դա «հումանիզմի» մշտական հատկանիշն է՝ թողնել, որ իրենց նավթամատակարարը խաղաղ բնակչությանը կոտորի, բռնագաղթի ենթարկի, էթնիկ զտում անի, նոր դրանից հետո պոստ ֆակտում գալ, մարդասեր, հումանիստ, մարդու իրավունքիստ ձևանալ:
Մեկ այլ հաղորդագրություն այդքան ուշադրություն չգրավեց, բայց ոչ պակաս ցինիկ էր հնչում: Խոսքն այն տեղեկատվության մասին է, որ երբ Արցախում հազիվ մի քանի հարյուր մարդ էր մնացել, տեղեկություն տարածվեց, թե ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերի միջոցով 15 տոննա ալ յուր է փոխադրվել Արցախ: Ո՞ւմ համար: Հայաթափված ու լքված քաղաքների՞, անշնչացած շեների՞ համար, թե՞ դա խաղաղապահների ներքին կարիքների համար է: Եվ ո՞ւր էին նրանք, էլի, մի 9 ամիս շարունակ:
Հին խոսքեր կան, որոնց բովանդակությունը, խրատը նախ հասկանալ է պետք. կուշտը սովածին մանր է բրդում, և՝ եղունգ ունես, գլուխդ քորիր: Դրանք հասկացողը ոտքը պինդ է պահում, «21- րդ դար, առաջվանը չի, մարդու իրավունքներ, միջազգային հանրություն» և նման այլ անհեթեթություններին հենվողը անհող ու անհենարան է մնում:
