Ադրբեջանը հրապարակել է «վերաինտեգրման ծրագիրը»

Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմը հրապարակել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերի «վերաինտեգրման ծրագիրը»: Ըստ հաղորդագրության՝ ԼՂ հայության հետ կապերի համար պատասխանատու է նշանակվել Ռամին Մամեդովը, որն այդ ծրագիրը քննարկում է ԼՂ ներկայացուցիչների հետ, գրում է «Լուրեր»–ը:
Նշվում է, որ այսպես կոչված «վերաինտեգրումը» պետք է տեղի ունենա Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության և ինքնիշխանության շրջանակում՝ երկրի Սահմանադրության, օրենքների և միջազգային պարտավորությունների հիման վրա:
Բաքվի առաջարկած ծրագրի մեջ, մասնավորապես, նշված է. «Հայաբնակ շրջաններում կառավարումն իրականացվելու է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչների միջոցով: ՏԻՄ-երը ձևավորվելու են Ադրբեջանի օրենսդրության համաձայն անցկացվող ընտրությունների միջոցով:
Քաղաքացիության, ինչպես նաև գույքային հարցերը պետք է լուծվեն Ադրբեջանի Սահմանադրության և օրենսդրության համաձայն: Լիարժեք շրջանառության մեջ է մտնելու ադրբեջանական ազգային արժույթը:
Զինաթափման և զորացրման գործընթացը պետք է ավարտվի, և բնակիչներից առգրավվի ամբողջ զենքը: Տեղում հասարակական կարգը և անվտանգության ապահովումը պետք է իրականացնեն Ադրբեջանի ՆԳՆ ուժերը:
Բնակիչների համար երաշխավորվում է իրենց մշակույթը և էթնոմշակութային առանձնահատկությունները պահպանելու և զարգացնելու իրավունքը։ Ապահովվում են կրոնի ազատությունը և մշակութային և կրոնական հուշարձանների պահպանությունը։ Կստեղծվի հայերենի օգտագործման հնարավորություն»:
Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմից հայտնել են, թե ԼՂ հայության ներկայացուցիչների հետ շփումները կշարունակվեն՝ վերաինտեգրման գործնական կյանքի կոչման համար:
Ադրբեջանի կողմից օրեր առաջ նախաձեռնած հերթական լայնածավալ ագրեսիայի հետևանքով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը գրեթե ամբողջությամբ հայաթափվել է. Հայաստան է բռնի տեղահանվել ավելի քան 100500 մարդ:
