Իրանի, Սիրիայի ու Վենեսուելայի միջև ստորագրվել է փոխըմբընռնման հուշագիր՝ նավթավերամշակման գործարանի կառուցման վերաբերյալ: ԻՌՆԱ-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Oil Price կայքը գրել է. «Իրանը հայտնել է Սիրիայի ու Վենեսուելայի հետ ստորագրված փոխըմբըռնման հուշագրի շրջանակում Սիրիայի Հոմս նահանգում օրական 140 հազար բարել հզորությամբ նավթավերամշակման նոր գործարան կառուցելու ծրագրի մասին», գրում է parstoday.ir-ը:
Իրանի նավթամթերքի վերամշակման և բաշխման ազգային ընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն Ջալիլ Սալարին այս կապակցությամբ ասել է. «Իրանի, Վենեսուելայի և Սիրիայի միջև ստորագրվել է փոխըմբռնման եռակողմ հուշագիր՝ Սիրիայում 140 հազար բարել նավթավերամշակման նոր գործարանի կառուցման վերաբերյալ»։
Նշելով, որ գործարանի շինարչարության մեկնարկը կտրվի առաջիկայում, նա նշել է. «Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ Սիրիան և նրա հարևան երկրները նավթամթերքի կարիք ունեն: Հետևաբար, Սիրիայում Հոմսի և Բանիասի նավթավերամշակման գործարանների կողքին կկառուցվի 140 հազար բարել հզորությամբ նավթավերամշակման գործարան»։
