Բաքուն Երևանից փոխհատուցում է պահանջում «ադրբեջանցիների իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումների» հետևանքով առաջացած վնասների համար, այդ մասին ամիսներ առաջ հայտարարել էր Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարությունը՝ մեկնաբանելով Հայաստանի դեմ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան Բաքվի ներկայացրած նոր հայցը: Ըստ դիվանագիտական գերատեսչության՝ Ադրբեջանը իբրև թե ապացույցներ է ներկայացրել 2022 թվականի մայիս-օգոստոսին Լաչին քաղաքից և հարակից երկու գյուղերից հայկական Զինված ուժերի դուրսբերման ժամանակ գույքի, այդ թվում՝ հարյուրավոր քաղաքացիների տների և այլ բնակելի տարածքների դիտավորյալ և նպատակաուղղված ոչնչացման մասին։ Բնականաբար, Բաքվի այսպես կոչված` ապացույցներն իրականության հետ որևէ աղերս չունեն, սակայն այս հերթական մանիպուլյացիային Ալիևի վարչակարգը գնում է շատ ավելի հեռանկարային խնդիրներ լուծելու համար:

Հատկանշական է, որ փոխհատուցում վճարելու թեման կրկին ակտիվացավ այն բանից հետո, երբ սեպտեմբերի 19-ին Ադրբեջանն Արցախում հերթական ագրեսիան իրականացրեց և կարողացավ փաստացի ողջ Արցախը վերցնել իր վերահսկողության տակ։ Թուրքական և ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներում այս թեման շրջանառվում էր նաև արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո․ այն ժամանակ խոսք էր գնում 50 միլիարդ դոլար փոխհատուցման մասին, իսկ այժմ, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի հավակնությունները միայն մեծացել են։

Ադրբեջանցիները չեն էլ թաքցնում, որ պատրաստվում են Հայաստանից այսպես կոչված՝ փոխհատուցում կորզել՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի «օկուպացիայի» դիմաց: Ըստ բաց աղբյուրներում առկա տեղեկատվության՝ խոսքը շուրջ 100 միլիարդ դոլարի մասին է, գումար, որը, բնականաբար, Հայաստանը չունի: Թերևս թշնամու հաշվարկն էլ հենց այդ է, քանի որ դժվար է պատկերացնել, որ նավթադոլարների մեջ լողացող Ալիևին հանկարծ 100 միլիարդ դոլար է խիստ անհրաժեշտ դարձել: 

Բաքվի հաշվարկը հենց Երևանի՝ այդ գումարը օբյեկտիվ պատճառնելով վճարելուց հրաժարվելն է: Նախ որովհետև որևէ օկուպացիայի մասին խոսք անգամ լինել չի կարող՝ Արցախը եղել է և կա հայկական հող, որտեղ հազարամյակներ շարունակ հայեր են ապրել: Մյուս կողմից, ինչպես նշեցինք, հայկական կողմն այդքան գումար պարզապես չունի: 

Եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը համաձայնի նման ստորացուցիչ և ակնհայտ ապօրինի պայմաններով խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրել, ապա գումարի դիմաց Հայաստանից, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, տարածքային փոխհատուցում են պահանջելու: Եվ խոսքը առաջին հերթին Սյունիքի մարզի մասին է, որն այս դեպքում  բացահայտ առևտրի առարկա է դառնալու: «Սյունիքը տանք, որ ապրենք» արտահայտությունը իշխանական քարոզիչների շուրթերից լսելն այնքան էլ հեռավոր ապագայի հարց չէ: Իհարկե, ՔՊ-ական պաշտոնյաները որքան ուժ ունեն կհերքեն, որ նման սցենարի իրագործումը հավանական է: Սակայն, ցավոք սրտի, Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունները բազմիցս ապացուցել են, որ կարող են այնպիսի քայլեր ձեռնարկել, որոնք ամբողջովին հակասում են ավելի վաղ իրենց իսկ կողմից հնչեցված հայտարարություններին, իսկ թուրքական կամ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներում հրապարակված տեղեկություններն ավելի ուշ իրականություն են դառնում։
