«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության՝ հանրային քննարկման ներկայացված նախագիծը նպատակ ունի ապահովել Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցնելու պատճառով Սյունիքի մարզի Շուռնուխ և Որոտան բնակավայրերում հաշվառված կամ այդ հասցեում փաստացի բնակված, ՀՀ բնակության այլ վայրի հասցեում հաշվառված բնակելի անշարժ գույքը կորցրած քաղաքացիներին օգնության տրամադրումը մինչև 2023 թ.-ի դեկտեմբեր ամիսը՝ ներառյալ մինչև բնակելի թաղամասի կառուցման ավարտը: Նշվում է, որ 2021 թ.-ի փետրվարից մինչև 2022 թ.-ի նոյեմբերը ներառյալ շահառուներին տրամադրվել է միանվագ (300 000 դրամ) և ամենամսյա (68 000 դրամ) դրամական օգնություն։ Դրամական օգնության տրամադրումը շարունակվել է հետագա ամիսներին ևս:
Շուռնուխ բնակավայրում բնակելի թաղամասի կառուցման աշխատանքների կատարման վերջնաժամկետ էր սահմանվել 2022 թ.-ի սեպտեմբերի 30-ը, սակայն նշված ժամկետում պայմանագրով նախատեսված աշխատանքներն ամբողջ ծավալով չէին իրականացվել, և կառավարության 2022 թ.-ի դեկտեմբերի 1-ի N 1864-Ն որոշմամբ աշխատանքների կատարման վերջնաժամկետ է սահմանվել 2023 թ.-ի հունիսի 30-ը: Որոշում է կայացվել հատկացվող օգնության տրամադրման ժամկետները երկարաձգել մինչև 2023 թ.-ի հուլիսը:
Ներկայացված նախագծով առաջարկվում է Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցնելու պատճառով Սյունիքի մարզի Շուռնուխ և Որոտան բնակավայրերում հաշվառված կամ այդ հասցեում փաստացի բնակված, ՀՀ բնակության այլ վայրի հասցեում հաշվառված բնակելի անշարժ գույքը կորցրած այն քաղաքացիներին, որոնք դրամական աջակցության ծրագրի շրջանակներում ստացել են միանվագ աջակցություն՝ 300 000 դրամ, իսկ 2021 թ.-ի փետրվարից մինչև 2022 թ.-ի նոյեմբերը ներառյալ՝ ամսական 68000 դրամ, ամսական 68000 դրամ աջակցությունը տրամադրել ևս 8 ամիս՝ 2022 թ.-ի դեկտեմբեր ամսից մինչև 2023 թ.-ի հուլիսը ներառյալ: Բնակելի թաղամասի կառուցումը դեռ շարունակվում է, և հետագա կարգավորումների մասով կկայացվի հավել յալ որոշում:
