«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մի քանի օրվա ընդմիջումից հետո սեպտեմբերի 30-ին Ազգային կոմիտեն հանրահավաք է կազմակերպում Հանրապետության հրապարակում: Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ, կոմիտեի անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն ասում է՝ շարժումն առաջացել է երկրի և բոլորիս անվտանգության սուր սպառնալիքների զգացողությամբ և դրանց ինչ-որ կերպ դիմակայելու նպատակով: «Շատ հստակ է հանրային գիտակցությունը, որ այդ սպառնալիքների առանցքային մեղավորը գործող իշխանությունն է և նրա ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ուստի շարժման կարևորագույն նպատակներից մեկը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հնարավորինս անցնցում եղանակով իշխանությունից հեռացնելն է: Յուրաքանչյուր հանրահավաք նաև ունի նպատակ ձևակերպելու այն գործողությունները, որոնք բերելու են Փաշինյանի անցնցում հեռացմանը:

Երկրորդ՝ քանի որ գտնվում ենք անվտանգային սպառնալիքների հորձանուտում, իսկ մեր աչքի առաջ Արցախում տեղի ունեցավ Պաշտպանության բանակի լուծարումը և Արցախի հայաթափումն՝ իրենից բխող բոլոր ահավոր հետևանքներով, ապա մյուս խնդիրն այն է, թե ինչպես ենք կոնկրետ այդ փորձությանը դիմակայելու: Այն արդեն սկսվել է, դրան պետք է դիմակայել համաժողովրդական ճանապարհով, առջևում այլ փորձությունների վտանգ ևս կա: Պետք է խոսել այն մասին, թե ինչ է պետք անել հիմա, որ Արցախը վերջնականորեն չկորցնենք: Ի դեպ, հանրային գիտակցության մեջ կա նման թյուր պատկերացում, որ Արցախը վերջնական կորցրել ենք: Արցախը վերջնականորեն չենք կորցրել, բայց եթե շարունակենք գնալ նույն ճանապարհով, կկորցնենք:

Այսինքն, մեր մյուս խնդիրն այն է, թե ինչպես կանխենք Արցախի վերջնական կորուստը: Իմ կարևորագույն օրակարգը նաև դա է՝ խոսել այն մասին, թե ինչ պետք է անենք Արցախի վերջնական կորուստը կանխելու համար, գոնե մեկ հույս պահպանելով հետագայում Արցախը վերականգնելու համար: Վերջապես երրորդը, որը միջանկյալ է ու ածանցյալ առաջին երկուսից, թե ինչպես ենք ամրապնդում այս շարժումը, ինչպես ենք հասարակության լայն շերտերի ներգրավում, ինչպես ենք ուժեղացնում մեր կարողությունը դիմագրավելու երկրի վրա կախված այս մահասարսուռ սպառնալիքներին: Այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում հիմա, իրական սպառնալիք է յուրաքանչյուրիս կյանքին»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը:
