Շահրամանյանը Բաքվի հետ բանակցություններ է վարում ԼՂ ղեկավարությանն Արցախից անվտանգ դուրս բերելու համար

Այս պահին Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ բանակցություններ է վարում՝ երկրի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությանն Արցախից անվտանգ դուրս բերելու համար։
Իշխանական շրջանակներից «Ազատությանը» փոխանցել են, որ ձերբակալման վտանգի տակ են Արցախի երեք նախկին նախագահները՝ Բակո Սահակյանը, Արկադի Ղուկասյանը և Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, նախկին արտգործնախարար և Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդական Դավիթ Բաբայանը։ Բացի այդ, ըստ Reuters-ի աղբյուրների, Ադրբեջանը մոտ երկու հարյուր հայերի ցուցակ ունի, որոնց ցանկանում է կալանավորել՝ տարբեր հոդվածներով։
Արցախցի պաշտոնյան, ով ցանկացավ անանուն մնալ, «Ազատությանն» ասել է՝ պարզ չէ՝ խնդիրը կլուծվի համաներմա՞ն միջոցով, թե՞ այլ մեխանիզմով։ Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդականը դեռ երեկ առավոտյան էր ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել, որ ընդգրկված է Ադրբեջանի սև ցուցակում, և որ ադրբեջանական կողմը պահանջել է ժամանել Բաքու՝ համապատասխան հետաքննության համար։ «Որոշեցի այսօր Ստեփանակերտից մեկնել Շուշի» ,- գրել էր Դավիթ Բաբայանը ՝ ընդգծելով, որ իր չներկայանալը կամ փախուստը լուրջ վնաս կհասցներ շատ մարդկանց։ Առ այս պահը, սակայն, հայտնի չէ՝ Դավիթ Բաբայանն արդեն Բաքվո՞ւմ է, թե՞՝ ոչ։ Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները լռում են։
Հայտնի չէ նաև Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար, իրավապաշտպան Արտակ Բեգլարյանի գտնվելու վայրը։ Պարզ չէ՝ արդյոք նա արդեն Հայաստանո՞ւմ է, թե՞՝ ոչ։ Ամեն դեպքում, այսօր նա X-ի իր էջում քննադատել է մինչև հունվարի 1-ը Արցախի բոլոր պետական մարմինները լուծարելու մասին նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի հրամանագիրը:
«Արցախի Հանրապետությունը լուծարելու մասին Արցախի նախագահի հրամանագիրը անօրինական է։ Ոչ մի նախագահ իրավունք չունի լուծարել ժողովրդի հանրաքվեով ստեղծված հանրապետությունը։ Այդ հրամանագիրը ստորագրվել է Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի և ուժի սպառնալիքի ներքո։ Հետևաբար այն իրավական ուժ չունի»,- գրել է Բեգլարյանը։
Թե ինչ իրավիճակ է Ստեփանակերտում, քանի մարդ է մնացել, ով է զբաղվում նրանց կարիքներով՝ հստակ չէ։ Ղարաբաղցի պաշտոնյաների հետ հնարավոր չէ կապ հաստատել, միջազգային լրատվամիջոցներն էլ մուտք չունեն Ղարաբաղ։
Արցախի հանրապետության լուծարման հրամանագիրը ստորագրելուց մոտ մեկ օր անց ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները կադրեր հրապարակեցին Ստեփանակերտից՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ փողոցներում այլևս ադրբեջանական ոստիկանությունն է հերթապահություն իրականացնում։
Տարածված կադրերում երևում են քաղաքի դատարկված փողոցներն ու Արցախի խորհրդանիշ տատիկ-պապիկի արձանը։
