Ադրբեջանցին...ԴԱ մի բան է, որ կարող է մի ձեռքով բաց թողնել Սամվել Բաբայանին, որպեսզի Երևանում վերահսկի «ռևանշիստ» ղարաբաղցիներին՝ թե՛ ծառայություն մատուցելով բաքվին, թե՛ պահելով նփ-ի իշխանությունը, մյուս ձեռքով ձերբակալել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին (կամ թույլ չտալ նրա ու մնացած հակաթյուրք ղեկավարների հեռացումը), հետո տելեգրամյան անկապ մի ալիքով շա՜տ պատահական արտահոսք ապահովել, թե ինչ են պայմանավորվել Իժոյի հետ...մնացածը թողնում եմ ձեր ֆանտազիային...:
 
Տեղեկատվական արտահոսքն էլ, հավանաբար, ապահովեն ռուսակա՛ն ալիքներով, որպեսզի Հայաստանում հավելյալ սրեն հակառուսականությունը: Սա պրիմիտիվ քաղտեխնոլոգիա է, որն, ի դեպ, նիկոլին ծառայող 3 մանետանոց պրոպագանդիստները հաճախ օգտագործում են՝ իրենց տերերի թելադրանքով:
 
Չմոռանանք նաև փաստը, որ ռուսական կողմը, ավանդույթի ուժով, կարող է օգտվել երկու հակամարտող կողմերի սայթաքումներից ու տաքգլուխ որոշումներից, Հայաստանում իրեն սպասարկող ու ծառայող հականիկոլական մեդիայի միջոցով՝ որոշի բացահայտել Իժո-ադրբեջանցիներ շփումների ամբողջական հետախուզական դոսյեն...: Դե ռուսաստանցի պաշտոնյաներին էլ Աստված տվել, չի խնայել...որքան ուժ ունեն, ցինիկանում են, իրենք իրենց էժանացնում ու հեղինակազրկում: Եթե Դ. Պեսկովը կամ Մ. Զախարովան այնքան են մանրանում, որ երեսով են տալիս Ռ. Վարդանյանի՝ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացի չլինելու փաստը, արդեն իսկ ծիծաղելի է...և այդ գործին լծվել են այն նույն պաշտոնյաները, որոնք նիկոլ հողատուին «խիզախ ղեկավար» էին համարում նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո...թարգե՛ք, ամոթ է...
 
Գուբեռնիստ, բրիտանական կոլոնիալիստ, գլոբալիստ, կամ՝ Արևմուտքի ու Մոսկվայի կոնսենսուսային թեկնածու, չգիտեմ ինչ...Վերացե՛ք անձից, իր նկատմամբ ունեցած համակրանքից կամ հակակրանքից. ձերբակալվել է և ի լուր աշխարհի «ահաբեկչի» պիտակավորմամբ մեդիայի խոշորացույցի տակ է Արցախի նախկին Պետնախարարը: Անձամբ դատապարտում եմ Վարդանյանի ձերբակալման փաստը. ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից (եթե մնացել է այդպիսի կառույց) էլ ոչ մի պահանջ չունեմ. նրանց միջամտությունն ավելի կբարդացնի վիճակը:
