ԱՄՆ-ն մերժել է Վաշինգտոն այցելելու վերաբերյալ Իրանի արտգործնախարարի դիմումը

Երկուշաբթի Միացյալ Նահանգները հայտարարեց, թե մերժել է անցած շաբաթ Վաշինգտոն այցելելու Իրանի արտգործնախարարի դիմումը՝ մատնանշելով Թեհրանի գործողությունների վերաբերյալ ԱՄՆ-ում առկա մտահոգությունները՝ նաև կապված Միացյալ Նահանգների քաղաքացիների ձերբակալությունների հետ: Հայտնում է Ամերիկայի Ձայնը։
Ըստ հաղորդագրության, Նյու Յորքում՝ ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի աշխատանքների ավարտից հետո, Հոսեյն Ամիր Աբդոլլահիանը ցանկություն է հայտնել այցելել Վաշինգտոն՝ Իրանի արտգործնախարարության համար հյուպատոսական ծառայություն մատուցող գրասենյակ, որը տեղակայված է ԱՄՆ մայրաքաղաքում գտնվող Պակիստանի դեսպանատանը։
«Նրանք, իրոք, դիմել են նման խնդրանքով, և այն մերժվել է Պետքարտուղարության կողմից»,- լրագրողներին փոխանցել է ԱՄՆ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության խոսնակ Մեթյու Միլլերը:
«Պարտավոր ենք թույլատրել Իրանի պաշտոնյաների և օտարերկրյա կառավարությունների ներկայացուցիչների մուտքը Նյու Յորք՝ ՄԱԿ-ի աշխատանքներին մասնակցելու համար, բայց պարտավորված չենք թույլ տալ նրանց այցելել Վաշինգտոն»,- հավելել է նա:
«Հաշվի առնելով Իրանի կողմից ԱՄՆ քաղաքացիների անօրինական կալանավորումը, և հաշվի առնելով պետական մակարդակով Իրանի կողմից ցուցաբերվող հովանավորչությունը ահաբեկչությանը՝ վստահ չէինք, որ նման պարագայում տեղին է բավարարել հայտը»,- շարունակել է Միլլերը:
Անցած շաբաթը նշանավորվեց Վաշինգտոնի ու Թեհրանի միջև կայացած գործարքով․ Իրանն ազատ արձակեց ԱՄՆ հինգ քաղաքացիների, ԱՄՆ-ն ապասառեցրեց Հարավային Կորեայում գտնվող և 6 միլիարդ դոլարի հասնող իրանական միջոցները՝ փոխանցելով դրանք Կատար՝ հատուկ հաշվեհամարին:
Պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը իր անհամաձայնությունն է հայտնել այն դատողությունների առնչությամբ, թե գործարքը կարող է հանգեցնել ամերիկա-իրանական հարաբերությունների որոշակի ջերմացմանը՝ հիմք հանդիսանալով Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ բանակցությունների վերսկսման համար:
