«Կարմիր բերետավորները» ձերբակալել են ուսանողներին․ գործադրել են օրենքով արգելված բացահայտ անհամաչափ ուժ (տեսանյութ)

ՀՀ նախկին ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը անդրադարձել է ոստիկանության ծառայողների՝ ուսանողներին բերման ենթարկելու դեպքերին․ 

Այսօր Ոստիկանության «կարմիր բերետավոր» ծառայողները օրենքի կոպիտ խախտումով մուտք են գործել Հայաստանի ամերիկյան համալսարանի գլխավոր մասնաշենք և ապօրինաբար բերման ենթարկել մի խումբ ուսանողների: Նույն կերպ` ուսանողներ են բերման ենթարկվել նաև համալսարանի մուտքի մոտից:

«Կարմիր բերետավոր» ոստիկանների արարքները եղել են բացահայտ հակաիրավական` ձերբակալումներն իրականացվել են առանց ուսանողներին որևէ պատճառ ներկայացնելու, ոստիկանները գործել են խմբով և խախտելով օրենքը` գործադրել են օրենքով արգելված բացահայտ անհամաչափ ուժ, այդ թվում՝ ցավ պատճառելով ուսանողներին:

Եղել է բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք համալսարանի նկատմամբ, խաթարվել է ուսումնական գործընթացը:

Ուսանողներին չեն ներկայացվել այն իրավունքները, որոնց ապահովումը Ոստիկանության իրավական ուղիղ պարտավորությունն է։ Ուսանողներին չեն տեղեկացրել ձերբակալվելու պատճառների մասին, չեն ծանուցել փաստաբանի եւ այլ իրավունքների մասին, որով կոպտորեն խախտել են օրենքի պահանջը։

Տեսանյութերի և ուսանողների վկայությունները ակնհայտ հաստատում են, որ ձերբակալված ուսանողները ոչ միայն վարչական, այլ ընդհանրապես որևէ խախտում թույլ չեն տվել: Նրանք պարզապես կանգնած են եղել համալսարանի դիմաց՝ մի քանիսի մոտ Հայաստանի դրոշներով և Արցախին ու Հայաստանին վերաբերող պաստառներով:

Ոստիկանության նկարագրված անօրինական գործողությունները համալսարանի ուսանողների նկատմամբ խիստ դատապարտելի են և օրենքի կոպիտ խախտում են, դրանք այլևս չպետք է կրկնվեն:

Կարևոր եմ համարում համալսարանի այսօրվա ճիշտ շեշտադրումներով հայտարարությունը` ի պաշտպանություն ուսանողների:
