Արցախում նյութական կորուստները, խիստ նախնական գնահատումներով, 50 միլիարդ դոլար են կազմում

«Ի՞նչ նյութական ահռելի կորուստներ ունենք Արցախում
Ընդհանուր նյութական կորուստները խիստ նախնական գնահատումներով կազմում է շուրջ 50 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար։
Բերեմ որոշ թվային չոր փաստեր։
Մինչև 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմը 20 տարի շարունակ Արցախի Հանրապետության տնտեսությունը տարեկան միջինը գրանցել է երկնիշ աճ։
Այսպիսով, 2019 թվականին ՀՆԱ-ն կազմել է շուրջ 343 միլիարդ դրամ, ներկա փոխարժեքով ավելի, քան 900 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար, պետական բյուջեն՝ շուրջ 145 միլիարդ դրամ, ներկա փոխարժեքով ավելի, քան 380 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար։
Արցախում գործել են շուրջ 300 հանքավայրեր, որից 83-ը մետաղական, 197-ը՝ ոչ մետաղական, 5-ը՝ վառելանյութի։ Գործել են 36 հիդրոէլեկտրակայաններ։
Տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների թիվը կազմել է շուրջ 16 000, որից 11 600-ը՝ անհատ ձեռնարկատերեր։
2020 թվականի հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ մշտական բնակչության թվաքանակը կազմել է 149 000 մարդ։
Տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտներում զբաղված է եղել շուրջ 60 000 մարդ, որից շուրջ 45 000-ը եղել են վարձու աշխատողներ։
Արցախում գործել են 92 հյուրանոցներ։ 2019 թվականին Արցախ այցելել են ավելի, քան 42 000 միջազգային զբոսաշրջիկներ։
Գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության տարածքները կազմել են 580 000 հեկտար։ Մասնավորապես, հացահատիկային մշակաբույսերի ցանքատարածքը կազմում էր 80 000 հեկտար, որտեղից տարեկան ստացվում էր շուրջ 140 000 տոննա բերք։ Արցախը հացահատիկային մշակաբույսերի մասով ինքնաբավ էր ու բերքի մոտ 25 տոկոսն էլ արտահանում էր Հայաստան:
Տեխնիկական մշակաբույսերը զբաղեցնում էին 5300 հեկտար, որից ստացվում էր տարեկան շուրջ 8 000 տոննա բերք, պտղատու այգիները՝ 4400 հեկտար, որի տարեկան բերքը՝ 8600 տոննա։
Խոշոր եղջրավոր անասունների թիվը կազմում էր շուրջ 50 000 գլուխ։
Առկա էր շուրջ 5300 միավոր գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկա, այդ թվում՝ տրակտորները՝ շուրջ 1250, բեռնատարներ՝ շուրջ 1500։
Արցախում գործել է 51 նախադպրոցական հիմնարկ, որտեղ հաճախել են շուրջ 4 000 երեխաներ, 2606 հանրակրթական դպրոցներ՝ շուրջ 24 000 աշակերտներով, 20 երաշտական և արվեստի դպրոցներ՝ 7 000 սաներով, 10 գրադարան՝ 400 000 միավոր գրքային ֆոնդով։
