«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
topwar.ru-ն «Ռազմական փորձագետ. Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը դադարեց գոյություն ունենալ Հայաստանի կառավարության գործողությունների կամ անգործության պատճառով» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ամբողջ աշխարհում քննարկվում է իրավիճակը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում: Միևնույն ժամանակ, կարելի է կառուցել ամենատարբեր վարկածներ, տարբեր ենթադրություններ անել, բայց փաստը մնում է փաստ. Հայաստանի իշխանությունը ոչ միայն ոչինչ չարեց արցախահայությանը պաշտպանելու համար, այլ նաև վերջին շրջանում աշխատում է այդ ուղղությամբ այնպես, որ իր արյունակից եղբայրների շահերը զիջվեն։ «Ռուսաստանի սպաներ» համառուսաստանյան կազմակերպության խորհրդի նախագահ, պահեստազորի փոխգնդապետ Ռոման Շկուրլատովը այդ հարցը մեկնաբանել է topwar-ին։
Փորձագետի խոսքով, Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը ոչ մի կերպ չի օգնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայ բնակչությանը, ավելին, չի ճանաչել հանրապետության կարգավիճակը։ Այժմ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը դադարել է գոյություն ունենալ Հայաստանի իշխանության գործողությունների կամ անգործության պատճառով։ Ռոման Շկուրլատով.- Երբ ադրբեջանական բանակը սկսեց իր ռազմական գործողությունը, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները չմոբիլիզացվեցին, զորք չուղարկեցին Արցախ իրենց եղբայրներին պաշտպանելու համար, բայց տարօրինակ կերպով այդ ամենը պահանջում էին Ռուսաստանից։ Պաշտոնաթող սպան ասել է, որ Փաշինյանն ու իր շրջապատը Ռուսաստանին պատերազմի մեջ ներքաշելով էին ցանկանում ուրիշի ձեռքերով հարցը լուծել իրենց օգտին, բայց դա անհնար է։ Ռոման Շկուրլատով.- Բայց Ռուսաստանը, ամեն դեպքում, փրկեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերին:
Եթե այնտեղ ռուս խաղաղապահների ներկայությունը չլիներ, ապա այդ տարածաշրջանի հայերի համար ամեն ինչ կարող էր շատ տխուր լինել։ Բոլորն են հասկանում, որ հայ և ադրբեջանցի ժողովուրդները երբեք չեն կարողանա ապրել մեկ պետության կազմում, այս դեպքում՝ Ադրբեջանի կազմում»։ Ռազմական փորձագետը հատուկ ուշադրություն է հրավիրել նաև խաղաղապահ առաքելության մի քանի ռուս զինծառայողների մահվան վրա։ Ռոման Շկուրլատով.- Այնտեղ մեր խաղաղապահներն են զոհվել: Նրանք դարձել են այդ հակամարտության զոհը։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հայության շահերը չպաշտպանելը, ինչպես նաև մեր խաղաղապահների արյունը պատասխանատվության տեսքով ընկած է Փաշինյանի և նրա շրջապատի ուսերին։ Եվ մենք չենք մոռանա դրա մասին»:
