   Many Armenians have become victims and have been injured as a result of the tragic explosion in Artsakh/Nagorno Karabakh.
 
    It is crucial to airlift the wounded to Armenia without delay.
 
During this time of crisis, the international community is obligated to take concrete actions beyond mere appeals, especially in the face of a potential humanitarian catastrophe.
