Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը հատուկ դասախոսությամբ է հանդես եկել «Առաջնորդության դպրոցում»

Օրերս «Յուքոմ ՓԲԸ» գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանն առաջնորդության վերաբերյալ հատուկ դասախոսությամբ է հանդես եկել «Առաջնորդության դպրոցի» ուսանողների համար: Դրանով է մեկնարկել «Առաջնորդության դպրոցի» սաների 2023-2024թթ. ուսումնական տարին: Պարոն Յիրիկյանը ներկայացրել է գործարար ոլորտում առաջնորդության և կառավարման հիմնական սկզբունքները՝ հիմնվելով հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտում 25 տարվա իր փորձի վրա, խոսել է առաջնորդի՝ հատկապես պատասխանատու իրավիճակներում որոշումներ կայացնելու օրինակներից, շեշտել կառավարչի և առաջնորդի միջև էական տարբերությունը:
«Ընկերության աշխատակիցները պետք է վստահ լինեն, որ ցանկացած մտահոգություն կամ առաջարկ, որը կներկայացնեն իրենց անմիջական ղեկավարին, կհասնի ամենաբարձր մակարդակ և հաշվի կառնվի: Այո՛, աշխատակիցը պետք է լսված լինի, իսկ առաջնորդը պետք է կարողանա որոշում կայացնել՝ կարծիքներն ուշադիր լսելուց հետո։ Երբ միանում ես արդեն իսկ կայացած ընկերությանը, անհրաժեշտ է խորապես ծանոթանալ առկա կորպորատիվ մշակույթին, ուշադրություն դարձնել արդեն իսկ ձևավորված արժեքներին և անընդունելի վարքագիծ նկատելու դեպքում՝ համբերատար ու հոգատար կերպով պետք է փոխել այն», - իր փորձն էր ներկայացնում «Յուքոմ ՓԲԸ» գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը:
Դասընթացի ընթացքում 18-35 տարեկան մոտ 30 ուսանող հնարավորություն են ունեցել իրենց հետաքրքրող հարցերն ուղղել «Յուքոմ» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենին, ստանալ գործնական խորհուրդներ՝ առաջնորդության ճանապարհին կողմնորոշվելու համար, տեղեկանալ հայկական ընկերությունում առաջնորդի դեր ստանձնելու մարտահրավերների և առավելությունների մասին:
Հավելենք, որ «Առաջնորդության դպրոց» հիմնադրամը գործում է 2009 թվականից։ Վերջինիս գերակայություններից է գործնական նախագծերի ու աշխատանքների իրականացումը։
