Երևանն ու Բաքուն ԵՄ հովանու ներքո փաստաթուղթ ստորագրելիս մոռացել են գրել ղարաբաղցիների իրավունքների մասին

Այն բանից հետո, երբ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը Եվրամիության հովանու ներքո ստորագրեցին փաստաթուղթ, որով ճանաչում են միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը 1991 թվականի սահմաններում, դա նշանակում է, որ Ղարաբաղը պարզապես Ադրբեջան է: Այս մասին ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի արդյունքներին նվիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։
«Ի դեպ, նրանք՝ ստորագրելով այդ փաստաթուղթը Եվրամիության հովանու ներքո, մոռացել են այնտեղ գրել, որ, իհարկե, պետք է ապահովել ղարաբաղցիների՝ որպես ազգային փոքրամասնության իրավունքները»,-նշել է նա։
Ըստ նրա՝ երբ հայ հասարակության մեջ քննարկումներ են եղել, թե ով ում է տվել եւ ով ում չի տվել Ղարաբաղը, ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը «չի ամաչել հայտարարել, որ Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջանին տվել է Պուտինը դեռեւս 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին, երբ մենք 44-օրյա պատերազմը դադարեցնելու մասին պայմանավորվածություն էինք ստորագրում»։
«Այդ պայմանավորվածություններում ասվում էր, որ Ղարաբաղը ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի պատասխանատվության գոտին է եւ ենթադրվում էր, որ այդ մասին խոսակցություն է եղել բանակցությունների ընթացքում, որ Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակը հետաձգվում է եւ կքննարկվի ավելի ուշ»,-նշել է Լավրովը։
