«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Անհնար է չնկատել այն հակամարդկային, գազանաբարո վայրագությունը, որ այս օրերին դրսևորում են խաղաղ ցուցարարների դեմ, այսպես կոչված, ոստիկանները, հատկապես՝ կարմիր ու սև բերետակիրները: Փաստացի փաշինյանական ոստիկանության այդ ներկայացուցիչները Երևանում են անմարդկային վարք դրսևորում հայ մարդկանց նկատմամբ, իսկ Արցախում հայության կոտորած են իրականացնում ադրբեջանական թուրքերը: Նման գազանությունները, այն էլ՝ անզեն, բողոքի ու անհնազանդության խաղաղ ակցիա իրականացնող հայ մարդկանց նկատմամբ, այն էլ՝ կանանց ու աղջիկների, երիտասարդների ու պատանիների, տարեցների նկատմամբ, ոչ մի արդարացում չպետք է ունենա: Նույնիսկ բացատրություն էլ դժվար է գտնել, անգամ այն պարագայում, երբ բազմաթիվ տուժածներ, ականատեսներ վկայում են, թե «բերետակիր» ոստիկանները անբնականորեն ոչ ադեկվատ վիճակում են: Ինչո՞ւ, ինչի՞ արդյունքում, թող հենց իրավապահները պարզեն: Գուցե ոչ հիմա, հետո...

Կարճ ժամանակ անց: Իսկ հիմա արձանագրենք, որ դժվար է ինչ-որ ադեկվատ, մարդու ուղեղի մեջ տեղավորվող բացատրություն տալ, թե ինչու են 10-15 հոգով հարձակվում ու հոշոտում հայ քաղաքացուն: Ընկած երիտասարդին 7-8 հոգով քացահարում են, 15-16 տարեկան պատանյակին, որը չի դիմադրում, նպատակային շնչահեղձ են անում, հարվածում են իրենց ոչ մի կերպ չխանգարող կնոջը: Ո՞վ են նրանք: Սոցցանցերում արդեն իսկ հայ մարդիկ դրանց կնքել են տարբեր անուններով, նրանց նկարները տարածում են: Իհարկե, հնարավոր է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդամենը նրանց կրկնակի կամ եռակի պարգևավճար է խոստացել: Հնարավոր են այլ պատճառներ, շատ պատճառներ: Բայց դրանցից ոչ մեկը չի օգնելու, որ նրանք իրենց ծնողների, կանանց ու երեխաների աչքերի մեջ նայեն, հայ մարդու աչքերի մեջ նայեն: Այն, որ ցուցարարների, անհնազանդության ակցիաների մասնակիցներին հոշոտելու, ծեծելու, միտումնավոր ծանր վնասվածքներ պատճառելու հրաման նրանց տրվել է ուղղակիորեն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա ՆԳ նախարարի կողմից, նույնիսկ ենթադրել պետք չէ:

Փաշինյանն ինքը փաստացի իր «լայվերից» մեկով բացահայտ հրահանգ տվեց՝ կոշտ արձագանքելու: Սակայն կան տեղեկություններ, որ մանր «աբիժնիկության» հանգվույն՝ ներքին կարգով նաև ցուցակային հրահանգ է տրվել, թե հատկապես ում թիրախավորեն, ում բերման ենթարկեն, ում առավել շատ վնասվածք հասցնեն: Հակառակ դեպքում, առնվազն տասնյակ ոստիկաններ արդեն իսկ պիտի պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեին, ոչ թե ոստիկանապետի կողմից գոհունակության անհասկանալի տոնայնությամբ խրախուսվեին, թե բա՝ ապրեք, ձեր ցավը տանեմ... Ի դեպ, մի հարց էլ, այսպես կոչված, մարդու իրավունքների հարցերով զբաղվողներին՝ էս ո՞ւր եք...
