Շուռնուխում նոր տների կառուցման համար նոր վերջնաժամկետ սահմանվեց եւ հատկացվեց լրացուցիչ 228 մլն դրամ

Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ սեպտեմբերի 22-ի նիստում որոշեց Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս համայնքի Շուռնուխ բնակավայրում «սահմանազատման հետևանքով» իրենց տներից ու հողամասերից զրկված ընտանիքների համար բնակելի թաղամասի կառուցումն ավարտին հասցնելու նպատակով հատկացնել լրացուցիչ 228 մլն դրամ։
Միաժամանակ կառավարությունը նույն որոշմամբ նաև նոր վերջնաժամկետ է սահմանում` այս անգամ` 2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 30-ը։
Նշենք, որ նոր թաղամասի կառուցման ժամկետը հետաձգվում է արդեն 5-րդ անգամ` 2021–ից սկսած։ Հերթական անգամ վերջնաժամկետը երկարաձգելու անհրաժեշտությունը գործադիրը բացատրում է նրանով, որ նախորդ տարիներին, սահմանային միջադեպերով պայմանավորված, շինարարական աշխատանքները պարբերաբար դադարեցվել են, բացի այդ` Շուռնուխ տանող գրունտային ճանապարհը փլուզման հետևանքով անանցանելի է դարձել։
Նշվում է նաև, որ սահմանամերձ գյուղի նոր թաղամասի տարածքում խմելու ջուր չի մատակարարվում, ուստի անհրաժեշտ է ջրամբար կառուցել, ինչն իրականացվում է «ՀիմնաՏավուշ» զարգացման հիմնադրամի կողմից բարեգործական ծրագրի ֆինանսավորմամբ, իսկ լրացուցիչ 24 խմ տարողությամբ ջրամբարը կառուցվում է պետական բյուջեի միջոցներով։
Ծրագրի իրականացմանը խոչընդոտում է նաև տարածքով անցնող բարձրավոլտ էլկտրասնուցման գիծը, որի տեղափոխությունն իրականացվելու է կառուցապատողի ֆինանսավորմամբ։
Նշենք, որ Շուռնուխ նոր բնակելի թաղամասի կառուցման պայմանագրային ընդհանուր արժեքը շուրջ 1,2 մլրդ դրամ է, որից 2022 թվականի դրությամբ մնացորդը կազմում է 228 մլն դրամ:
