Ղարաբաղի հայերի ինտեգրումն Ադրբեջանի տնտեսական, քաղաքական և սոցիալական կյանքին դժվարություններով կուղեկցվի, և մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք այն բանին, որ որոշ բնակիչներ չեն ընդունի այդ քաղաքականությունը և կորոշեն հեռանալ. այս մասին ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը:

«Դժվարություններ կլինեն, սա ոչ ոք չի հերքում։ Կարևորն այն է, որ մենք ունենք դեպի վերաինտեգրում առաջ շարժվելու քաղաքական տեսլական։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, մենք պետք է իրատես լինենք. կգտնվեն մարդիկ, որոնց դա դուր չի գա ու որոնք դա չեն ընդունի։ Եվ մարդիկ սա պետք է ընդունեն ու հարգեն։ Իրավունքներն իրականացնելիս պետք է հաշվի առնել որոշակի պարտավորություններ և պարտականություններ։ Միգուցե կլինեն այնպիսիք, ովքեր չեն ընդունի դա և կնախընտրեն ապրել այլ երկրում։ Դա իրենց որոշումն է: Մենք հարգում ենք նրանց որոշումները»,- Reuters-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Հաջիևը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 20-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանություններն ընդունել են ռուսական խաղաղապահ առաքելություն իրականացնող զորակազմի հրամանատարության առաջարկությունը՝ Արցախում կրակի դադարեցման վերաբերյալ:

Համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել՝

- լիարժեք զինաթափել «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի պաշտպանության բանակի» զինված խմբավորումները,

- դուրս բերել ծանր տեխնիկան ու սպառազինությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքից՝ դրանց շուտափույթ ուտիլիզացման նպատակով:
