Արևային էներգիան փրկում է Մադագասկարը
ANALYSIS
Մադագասկարի բազմաթիվ գյուղերում և քաղաքներում տեղական բնակչությունը երկար տարիներ օգտագործում է մոմերը և չնչին քանակությամբ արևային էներգիան։ Հատկապես հեռավոր գյուղատնտեսական տարածքները լուրջ խնդիրներ ունեն էլեկտրականության մատչելիության հետ կապված, ավելին խնդիրներ ունեն նույնիսկ մայրաքաղաք Անտանանարիվուն, որտեղ հոսանքը չափազանց թանկ արժե, էլ չասած ձեռնարկությունների և ֆերմաների մասին, որոնք չեն կարողանում տարրական հասարակ հարցերը կարգավորել։
Եվ դեռևս 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին ԱՄՆ միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության աջակցությամբ ստեղծված «Power Africa» ծրագիրը 1,2 միլիոն դոլար է հատկացրել փոքր էներգացանցերի և արևային վահանակների տեղադրման համար։ Դրանց շնորհիվ գյուղերի մի զգալի մասում կարողացել են մեծ տարածքներ հատկացնել և արևային փոքրիկ ֆերմաներ ստեղծել, որոնք հնարավորություն են տալիս ոչ միայն հոգալ կոնկրետ բնակավայրի կարիքները, այլ նաև մարդկանց օգնում են գումար վաստակել, ընդ որում գումարները տրվում են միայն վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների համար, ոչ միայն արևային վահանակների, այլ նաև քամու, հողմային էլեկտրակայանների և հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների համար։
Հատկապես 2023 թվականից ԱՄՆ ՄԶԿ-ն որոշել է գումարներ ավելացնել մի քանի անգամ և դրանք օգտագործել հիմնականում արևայաին էներգիայի համար։
Մադագասկարը լինելով աֆրիկյան մերձրևադարձային երկիր՝ արևի խնդիր չունի, փոխարենն ունի ջրի խնդիր, ուստի և հիդրոէլեկտրակայաններն ինրենց չեն արդարացնում, սակայն արևային վահանակները, որոնք հիմնականում դրվում են տների և ձեռնարկությունների տանիքներին, իսկական փրկություն են դարձել մադագասկարցիների համար։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ունի արևային վահանակներ արտադրող մեկ ընկերություն՝ «Սոլարոնը»։
