Հինգ տարվա ընթացքում ձեր բոլոր օրակարգերը` պատերազմի օրակարգից սկսած, անջատում հանուն փրկության գաղափարով և խաղաղության օրակարգով վերջացրած, կատարելապես տապալվել են։
 
Չունեք ոչ մի արձանագրած մեղմացում, նվազագույն տանելի վիճակ, անգամ չնչին հաջողություններ։ Ձեր բոլոր օրակարգերը ավարտվել են մեծ և փոքր պատերազմների բռնկումով, ուժով կամ ձեր բանավոր հրահանգներով հողերի հանձնմամբ, նշաձողի գիտակցված իջեցմամբ, այժմ արդեն բնաջնջմամբ և անվերապահ կապիտուլիացիայով...
 
Զրոյական կետից սկսած, խաղաղության օրակարգով վերջացրած, ոչ մեկ ձեզ առանձնապես չի խանգարել։ Պետությունը փորձադաշտ դարձրած փորձեցիք տրամագծորեն իրար հակասող հինգից ավելի օրակարգ` բոլոր դեպքերում ունենալով անդառնալի, պետության կենսագործունեության և սուվերենության համար կործանարար արդյունքներ։
 
Յուրաքանչյուր նման դեպքում, իշխանությունը փրկելու համար, վերադարձաք ամբոխահաճո հիստերիկ ճղճղոցների պրակտիկային, հանրային կարծիքը և տրամադրությունը թունավորելու փորձված մեթոդին` շարունակելով մեր վզին փաթաթել ձեր դիլետանտությունը, տհաս կառավարումն ու քաղաքական իմպոտենտությունը։
 
Եթե չեք կարողացել ապահովել գոնե նվազագույն կորուստներով իրավիճակը կայունացնելու քաղաքական կուրս, ապա ինչու՞ եք մնում։ Մենք չենք ցանկանում ձեզ վճարել տկարամիտ պոպուլիստական գոռգոռոցների համար։ Այդ որակի քաղաքական ուժ կարելի է ձևավորել ցանկացած գյուղի զրուցարանում (բեսեդկա)` ներգրավելով պետության և դիվանագիտության հարցում տկարամիտ դատարկախոսների մի ամբողջ կոնգլոմերատ։
 
Գնացեք, թող այս հանրությունը փորձի ձևավորել հասուն և արհեստավարժ գործիչների կառավարություն։ Դա գոնե շանս է` փորձել առողջացնել հասարակությունն ու պետությունը։ Դուք պետությունը այնպիսի հատակային հանգրվանի եք հասցրել, որ եթե անգամ ոչինչ չստացվի` շատ բան չենք կորցնի։ Գոնե կիմանանք` փորձել ենք...
