Սեպտեմբերի 19-ին Ադրբեջանը սանձազերծել է հերթական լայնածավալ ագրեսիան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողորդի նկատմամբ՝ նպատակ ունենալով ավարտին հասցնել էթնիկ զտումների իր քաղաքականությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից։
Առաջնորդվելով անպատժելիության զգացումով՝ Ադրբեջանը բացահայտորեն ստանձնել է ագրեսիայի պատասխանատվությունը։ Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում՝ ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորախմբի պատասխանատվության գոտում սկսում է «հակաահաբեկչական միջոցառումներ», որի վերաբերյալ, ըստ ադրբեջանական կողմի պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, տեղեկացվել են ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հրամանատարությունը, ինչպես նաև ռուս-թուրքական մոնիտորինգային կենտրոնը։
Խստագույնս դատապարտում ենք Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նկատմամբ ագրեսիան և զանգվածային ոճրագործությունը, որը ճիշտ երեք տարի առաջ՝ 2020թ. սեպտեմբերին ԼՂ դեմ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված լայնամասշտաբ ուժի կիրառման շարունակությունն է։ «Ռազմական օբյեկտների ոչնչացման» սին պատրվակով Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրետակոծության են ենթարկվում քաղաքացիական բնակավայրեր, Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքը, այլ քաղաքներ ու գյուղեր։
Հայկական կողմը բազմիցս ահազանգել է, որ ԼՂ դեմ Ադրբեջանի շարունակական ագրեսիվ գործողությունները, ռազմատենչ անթաքույց հռետորաբանությունը, ԼՂ բնակչությանը «ահաբեկիչներ» որակելու բացարձակապես կեղծ և դատապարտելի քարոզչությունը հետապնդում է մի նպատակ՝ ուժի կիրառման միջոցով ԼՂ-ի բնակչությանն էթնիկ զտումների ենթարկել, զրկել իր հայրենիքում ազատ և արժանապատիվ ապրելու ու արարելու իրավունքից։ Նույն նպատակն են հետապնդել 2020թ դեկտեմբերից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհի՝ Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակումը և ԼՂ լիակատար շրջափակումը։
Հարձակմանը նախորդել է այդ թվում Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ կողմից կեղծ տեղեկատվության տարածում ականապատման և դիվերսիոն գործողությունների մասին, ինչը վկայում է հարձակման պլանավորման և տեղեկատվական դաշտի ապահովման մասին։ Կրկին հայտարարում ենք, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տեղակայված չեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժեր և ռազմական տեխնիկա, ականապատման և դիվերսիոն գործողությունների մասին բոլոր լուրերը կեղծ են և շինծու։
Կոչ միջազգային գործընկերներին, միջազգային խաղաղության և անվտանգության պահպանման համար առաջնային պարտավորություն ունեցող ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամներին, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարների կողմից ստորագրված 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության հիման վրա ԼՂ-ում տեղակայված ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմին՝ ձեռնարկել հստակ և աներկբա քայլեր Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիային վերջ դնելու նպատակով։
