Ռուսաստանն ու Իրանը թույլ չեն տա․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

rusonline.org-ը «Ռուսաստանը թույլ չի տալ հայտնի է դարձել, թե ինչ է անում ծախված Փաշինյանը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ բոլորն են տեսնում, որ Փաշինյանը բացահայտ դուրս է եկել Մոսկվայի դեմ, և նրա գործողությունների վերջնական նպատակը Հայաստանից 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի դուրսբերումն ու Կրեմլի ազդեցության գոտուց դուրս գալն է։ Իսկ այդ ամենը հնարավոր է անել միայն պատերազմի և հերթական կապիտուլ յացիայի միջոցով, որի համար Փաշինյանը մեղադրելու է Ռուսաստանին: Եվ այդ գործընթացի տեղեկատվական նախապատրաստումը եռում է։ Փաշինյանին ընդամենը 6 ամիս ժամանակ է տրվել ռուսական բազան Հայաստանից հեռացնելու համար:

Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ բազայի դուրսբերման գործընթացը թե՛ իրավական առումով, թե՛ տեխնիկապես բավականին բարդ է և կտևի առնվազն 4-5 ամիս, դուրս է գալիս, որ նման որոշում պետք է կայացվի առաջիկա 1-2 ամսվա ընթացքում։ Պատերազմի համար ամեն ինչ պատրաստ էր, և պատրաստվում էին դա սկսել, բայց Իրանը մտավ խաղի մեջ, և մարեց Ալիևի ավյունը, որը, ըստ Փաշինյանի հետ իր պլանի, պետք է սկսեր ռազմական գործողություններ։ Իրանը պարզ հասկացրել է, որ, անկախ Երևանի որոշումից, իրենք թույլ չեն տա տարածաշրջանում սահմանների որևէ փոփոխություն, և իրենց ընդհանրապես չի հետաքրքրում, թե ինչ է ստորագրում Փաշինյանը, եթե դա սպառնում է իրենց ազգային անվտանգությանը։ Որքան էլ Արևմուտքն ու Իսրայելը օգնեն Ադրբեջանին Իրանի դեմ, Բաքուն հաստատ չի կարողանա գլուխ հանել իրանական բանակից, դրա հետևանքները կարող են լինել ծայրահեղ կործանարար, ինչը Իլհամ Ալիևը շատ լավ հասկանում է:

Չնայած այն բանին, որ ադրբեջանական բանակը ցանկացած վայրկյան պատրաստ է սկսել ռազմական գործողություններ, հրաման մինչ հիմա չկա: Դա դեռ չի եղել, և հիմա այնքան էլ պարզ չէ, թե արդյո՞ք ընդհանրապես կլինի: Թեհրանը բացարձակապես միանշանակ է խոսել տարածաշրջանում և մասնավորապես Հայաստանում աշխարհաքաղաքական փոփոխությունների մասին. Իրանը չի կարող իրեն թույլ տալ արևմտամետ Հայաստան, քանի որ նման երկիրն արդեն իսկ ապրիորի սպառնալիք է, քանի որ ցամաքով կկտրի Իրանը Ռուսաստանից և Եվրոպայից: Ռուսաստանն իր հերթին նույնպես չի կարող իրեն թույլ տալ կորցնել ազդեցության գոտիները, որոնք գործնականում քիչ են մնացել:

Ավելին, Ռուսաստանն իրավունք չունի կորցնել իր կարևորագույն գործընկերներին, իսկ Իրանն այսօր հենց այդպիսին է: Ռուսաստանի հեռանալը Հայաստանից Ռուսաստանի կողմից թիկունքին հարված կլինի Իրանի համար և կարող է մեծապես փչացնել նրանց հարաբերությունները։ Ամբողջ վերոնշյալից հասկանում ենք, որ Ռուսաստանն ու Իրանը թույլ չեն տա, որ Հայաստանը փոխի ուղղվածությունը դեպի Արևմուտք: Բայց Փաշինյանը նման պարտավորություն արդեն իսկ ստանձնել է։ Հիմա կհետևենք նրա քայլերին, հիմա նա իսկապես վտանգավոր է, քանի որ վտանգի տակ է ոչ միայն նրա իշխանությունը, այլև իրականում նաև կյանքը։
