«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Նախօրեին կայացած ընտրություններին ընդառաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը, իրենց կարծիքով, զիլ կարգախոս էր որդեգրել: Հիշեցնենք այն. «Ասե՛ք, կանենք»: Այն, որ դա խոցելի արտահայտություն ու կարգախոս է, նրանք թերևս հասկացան առաջին ծաղրական ու ավելի թունդ արձագանքներից: Անգամ հրապարակումներ եղան առ այն, որ այդ կարգախոսը «քամված» է թուրքական քաղաքական իրականությունից, որտեղ թեկնածուներից մեկը նման մի արտահայտությամբ էր պայքարի մեջ մտել: Բայց դա չէ էականը: Զուտ քաղաքական տեսանկյունից էականն այն է, որ սեպտեմբերի 17-ին Երևանի ընտրողների ավելի քան 70 տոկոսը՝ քվեարկության չգնալով, իսկ գնացած 234 հազարից ավելի քան 120-130 հազարը՝ քվեարկությամբ իրենց վերաբերմունքը արտահայտեցին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության դեմ: Այսինքն, մարդիկ հստակ ու պարզորոշ իրենց ասելիքն ասել են...
Դե, ընտրողն ասել է, մնում է անեն: Արժե՞ մանրամասնել, թե «անելիքը» որն է, կամ որը կարող է լինել մայրաքաղաքում 9 տոկոսանոց աջակցություն ունեցող իշխանության անելիքը: Այդ 9 տոկոսն էլ, ի դեպ, տվյալ իշխանությունն ստացել է զուտ իշխանական լծակների տիրապետելու արդյունքում, ավելի ճիշտ՝ հետևանքով: Լավ, համոզեցիք, 7 տոկոսը, մնացած 2 տոկոսը, համարենք, ունեն... Առավել ևս, որ ՔՊ-ն է ասում. «Մի բան հստակ է, աներկբա և անփոփոխելի՝ ինչպես ասացիք, այնպես էլ կանենք»: Ճիշտ է, հետո ավելացնում են, թե «մեր նպատակը ձեզ ծառայելն է», բայց երևանցիները պարզ ասացին՝ ձեր «ծառայելը» պահեք ձեզ...
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չափից դուրս շատ է սիրում խոսել «ժողովրդի վստահություն», «ժողովրդի քվե», «պողպատե մանդատ» ունենալուց: Ու իր իսկ ծրագրային կետերին հակասող իր կործանարար քայլերն ու որոշումները շատ է սիրում քողածածկել նման արտահայտություններով: Սեպտեմբերի 17-ը եկավ հաստատելու, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ասած «պողպատե մանդատից» թերևս միայն «ղ»-ն է մնացել, այն էլ՝ փոքրատառ: Ու այն եռագույն երիզներով «զարդարված» մուրճն էլ ճոճողի ձեռքին չէ այլևս: Հիմնականը. երևանցիները ասե՛լ են... Ու, գիտեք, քաղաքական առումով նույնիսկ կարևոր չէ, որ օրվա իշխանություններն անեն, որովհետև երբ ասելիքը հստակ է, անողը կգտնվի: Չնայած, խոսքից հետ կանգնելն էլ, մեղմ ասած, մի բան չէ...
