«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է տարբեր հարթակներում տեղեկատվական հարձակումներ գործել Հայաստանի նկատմամբ՝ նաև բնապահպանական թեմաներով: Ի մասնավորի, օրերս Բաքվում տեղի ունեցած հերթական միջազգային սիմպոզիումի ժամանակ ադրբեջանցիները բարձրացրել են նաև Ողջի ու Արաքս գետերի թեման: Ընդհանրապես, Բաքվում պետական մակարդակով ահռելի գումարներ են ծախսվում՝ ցույց տալու, թե Հայաստանում բնապահպանական ծանր խնդիրներ կան, որոնք ազդում են տարածաշրջանի վրա: Այդ թվում՝ լրջորեն թիրախավորվում է հանքարդյունաբերությունն ու, ի մասնավորի, մեր տնտեսության մեջ առաջնային դիրքում գտնվող Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը, որը մշտապես գլխավորում է Հայաստանի 1000 խոշոր հարկատուների ցուցակը:

Այն, որ ինքնին թե՛ ռազմական, թե՛ հումանիտար, թե՛ բնապահպանական առումներով հանցագործ երկիրը մեղադրանքներ է ներկայացնում Հայաստանին, փորձում հարվածել մեր տնտեսությանը, նորություն չէ: Սակայն առավել ցավալին այն է, որ մենք հաճախ ոչ միայն չենք հակադարձում, ոչ միան պատշաճ կերպով չենք բարձրաձայնում Ադրբեջանի բնապահպանական հանցագործ էության մասին, այլև որոշ դեպքերում ստացվում է, որ, ի դեմս հայաստանյան որոշ «բնապահպանների», անընդհատ տիրաժավորվում են նույն թեզերը, որից էլ ակտիվորեն օգտվում են ադրբեջանցիները։ Ըստ այդմ, ստացվում է, որ երկու ճակատով են թիրախավորվում մեր տնտեսության շարժիչ ուժը համարվող միավորները, հատկապես ԶՊՄԿ-ն: Այստեղ լուրջ անելիք ունի նաև պետությունը:

Ընդ որում, եթե Ադրբեջանը պետական մակարդակով ահռելի միջոցներ է տրամադրում կեղծ քարոզչություն իրականացնելու համար, ապա մեր խնդիրը պետք է լինի նախ՝ ճշմարտությունը հասցնել աշխարհին, ապա և բարձրացնել մեր հասարակության իրազեկվածության աստիճանը, որպեսզի երկու ճակատով նման հարձակումների պատճառով կեղծ պատկերացում չձևավորվի:
