Երեկ` սեպտեմբերի 17-ին, վիճաբանություն, ծեծկռտուք և կրակոցներ են հնչել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 22:50-ի սահմաններում «Հրազդան» բժշկական կենտրոնից ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «աջ քունքային շրջանի սալջարդ վերք, մարմնի բազմակի սալջարդեր» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, տեղում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորն ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու, քանի որ գտնվում է վիրահատարանում։ Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչ 32-ամյա Տիգրան Խ․-ն է։

Մինչ տեղում ոստիկանները պարզում էին դեպքի հանգամանքները, հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվում «ձախ քունքային շրջանի և աջ ականջի շրջանի սալջարդ վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ մի քաղաքացի։ Ոստիկանները պարզում են, որ նա նույնպես Հրազդանի բնակիչ 50-ամյա Գնել Խ․-ն է։

Մինչ բժիշկները անհրաժեշտ բուժօգնություն էին ցուցաբերում վիրավորների, ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության, ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի ծառայողները և նրանց միացած ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները պարզել են, որ նույն օրը ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում Հրազդան քաղաքի Կենտրոն թաղամասի 3-րդ շենքի բակում Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչներ 34-ամյա Գարիկ Հ․-ն, 37-ամյա Լևոն Ս․-ն և 36-ամյա Միխաիլ Մ․-ն վիճաբանել են հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված Տիգրան Խ-ի և Գնել Խ․-ի հետ, որի ընթացքում հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց, իսկ ըստ օպերատիվ տվյալների Լևոն Ս․-ն իր մոտ եղած ատրճանակից կրակոցներ է արձակել գետնին, որից հետո նշված անձինք դիմել են փախուստի։

Ահազանգով դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության խումբը։

Դեպքի փաստով քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Ոստիկանությունը ձեռնարկում է անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ Գարիկ Հ․-ին, Լևոն Ս․-ին և Միխաիլ Մ․-ին, ինչպես նաև հանցագործության գործիք ատրճանակը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով վիրավորները հայր ու որդի են, իսկ դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերված ՎԱԶ-2121 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան վարել է Գարիկ Հ․-ն։
