«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախորդ բոլոր ընտրությունների ժամանակ թե՛ հեռուստատեսությամբ, թե՛ սոցիալական ցանցերով մի քանի օր շարունակ ակտիվորեն տարածվել են ԿԸՀ-ի տեսահոլովակները՝ մասնավորաբար այն մասին, թե ինչպես պետք է քվեարկի ընտրողը: Այս օրերին «Փաստի» խմբագրությունը հաճախ է դժգոհություններ ստանում, որ մարդիկ այս անգամ չեն հանդիպել նման հոլովակների, չգիտեն՝ ոնց են ընտրելու՝ նշում անելով, թե քվերաթերթիկ ընտրելով: Դիմեցինք ԿԸՀ՝ ճշտելու, նման հոլովակներ այս ընտրություններին չե՞ն պատրաստվել, թե՞ պատրաստվել են, բայց քիչ են տարածվել: ԿԸՀ մամուլի քարտուղար Սեդա Ղուկասյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ ԿԸՀ-ն չորս իրազեկող հոլովակ է պատրաստել՝ միջազգային դոնոր կազմակերպությունների աջակցությամբ:

«Բացի այդ տեսանյութերը, ԿԸՀ աշխատակազմը նաև այլ տեսանյութեր է պատրաստել, օրինակ՝ ԿԸՀ իրավաբանական վարչության պետը բացատրել է, թե ինչպես է կազմվում ընտրողների ռեգիստրը, այն, որ այդ ինֆորմացիան վարում է ոստիկանությունը, դա նրա տիրույթում է: Պետը մեկ այլ տեսանյութում բացատրել է քայլերի հերթականությունը, որոնք ընտրողն անելու է քվեարկության սենյակում ընտրության օրը: ԿԸՀ ՏՏ վարչության պետը պատմել է բոլոր էլեկտրոնային գործիքակազմերի մասին, որոնք այս ընտրությունների ընթացքում կիրառվել են, օրինակ՝ լրագրողների և դիտորդների հավատարմագրումն էլեկտրոնային եղանակով և ստորագրությամբ է արվել և այլն»:

Ինչ վերաբերում է դրանց տարածմանը, ապա ԿԸՀ մամուլի քարտուղարը նշեց, որ հեռուստաընկերություններն «Ընտրական օրենսգրքով» պարտավորություն չունեն Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի պատրաստած տեսանյութերը տեղադրելու. դա զուտ կարգավորվում է գործընկերային հարաբերություններում: «Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի հանձնաժողովը, որը պարբերաբար մոնիտորինգ է իրականացնում, նշել էր, որ մասնավոր գրեթե բոլոր հեռուստաընկերությունները, չունենալով օրենսդրական պարտավորություն, իրենց եթերում պարբերաբար տեղադրել են ԿԸՀ պատրաստած տեսանյութերը՝ զուտ այն տրամաբանությամբ, որ հնարավորինս շատ հանրային իրազեկվածություն ապահովվի»,-նշեց Սեդա Ղուկասյանը:
