Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը սեպտեմբերի 15-ին հրավիրել է աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն:

Խորհրդակցության օրակարգում Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի լիակատար շրջափակման հետևանքով հանրապետությունում ստեղծված իրավիճակն էր և դրա հաղթահարման մեխանիզմները։

Արծարծվել են նաև բնակչության պարենային խնդիրների լուծման, գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքների գնագոյացման, կենսական նշանակության ապրանքների բաշխման  հետ կապված և այլ հրատապ խնդիրներ:

Նախագահ Շահրամանյանը նշել է, որ կառավարությունը պետք է օպերատիվ միջոցներ ձեռնարկի հանրապետությունում առկա պարենային ռեսուրսների կետրոնացման, բնակչությանը կենսական նշանակության ապրանքների տրամադրման գործընթացը կտրոնային համակարգի միջոցով կազմակերպելու ուղղությամբ:

«Մենք պետք է անհապաղ արձագանքենք բնակչության շրջանում առկա դժգոհություններին, օգտագործեք բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքների գնաճը կանխելու, գները կարգավորելու և առկա սուղ միջոցներն արդար բաշխելու համար», - ընդգծել է երկրի ղեկավարը:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում նախագահն անդրադարձել է նաև ռուս խաղաղապահների ու Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի ուղեկցությամբ Արցախից Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն քաղաքացիական անձանց տեղափոխման խնդրներին: Սամվել Շահրամանյանը նշել է, որ այդ գործընթացը պետք է իրականացվի խիստ վերահսկողության պայմաններում, թափանցիկ ու գործող կարգերին համաձայն: Այդ համատեքստում երկրի ղեկավարն ընդգծել է տեղերում աշխատանքային խմբեր ստեղծելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Նախագահը խորհրդակցության օրակարգային հարցերի վերաբերյալ կոնկրետ հանձնարարականներ է տվել լիազոր մարմինների ղեկավարներին։
