Ի՞նչ անել, եթե կորցրել եք բանկային քարտը․ IDBank

Առանձնացրել ենք մի քանի կարևոր խորհուրդ, թե ինչպես պաշտպանվել քարտային զեղծարարություններից։ Սկսենք անվտանգության ամենապարզ միջոցներից․
- փորձեք քարտը երբեք չմոռանալ բանկոմատում, աշխատասեղանին, չդնել հեռախոսի պատյանի հետևի գրպանիկում, որովհետև այդպես շատ հեշտ է այն կորցնել, և շատ մեծ հավանականություն կա, որ ինչ-որ մեկը կհասցնի տիրանալ քարտի վրա պարունակվող ամբողջ տեղեկատվությանն ու օգտագործել Ձեր գումարները։
- որքան էլ տարօրինակ թվա, ունեցած ողջ գումարը պետք չէ պահել մի քարտի վրա․ ավելի ապահով է հիմնական գումարը պահել բանկային ընթացիկ կամ խնայողական հաշվին՝ միաժամանակ ստանալով եկամուտ կամ օրինակ էլեկտրոնային դրամապանակին՝ հեշտությամբ կատարելով QR վճարումներ՝ ձեռքի տակ ընդհանրապես քարտ չունենալով, այսինքն՝ խուսափելով նաև այն կորցնելու վտանգից։
Ամեն դեպքում, եթե որոշել եք գումարը հենց քարտի վրա պահել, ապա պարզապես հիշեք քարտի անվտանգության մի քանի պարզ կետ․
- Երբեք, ոչ մի դեպքում, ոչ մի նպատակով և ոչ ոքի մի՛ տրամադրեք Ձեր քարտի CVV/CVC կոդը և PIN-կոդը։ Բացատրության կարիք այստեղ չկա, չէ՞։
- Պայուսակը, դրամապանակը փոխելիս ուշադիր ստուգե՛ք՝ արդյո՞ք բոլոր քարտերը տեղափոխել եք, արդյո՞ք բոլորը տեղում են։
Դե իսկ եթե, ամեն դեպքում, քարտը կորցրել եք կամ այն գողացել են, ապա անհրաժեշտ է արգելափակել այն որքան հնարավոր է արագ։ IDBank-ի քարտերի դեպքում դա ընդամենը մի քանի վայրկյանի հարց է՝ Idram&IDBank հավելվածով կամ IDBanking.am առցանց հարթակով։ Պարզապես պետք է հավելվածի «Բանկինգ» բաժնում կամ առցանց հարթակի «Քարտեր» բաժնում ընտրել կորած քարտը, ապա սեղմել «Արգելափակել քարտը»։ Պատրաստ է․ Ձեր քարտն արգելափակված է։ Եթե ավելի ուշ կպարզվի, որ քարտը ոչ թե կորել էր, այլ ապահով վայրում էր, ուղղակի Դուք այն չէիք գտնում, ապա նույն արագությամբ կարող եք ապաարգելափակել այն՝ կրկին Idram&IDBank հավելվածի «Բանկինգ» բաժնից։
Եթե պարզվի, որ քարտն, այնուամենայնիվ կորել էր, ապա անգամ գտնելու դեպքում ճիշտ կլինի վերաթողարկել այն, քանի որ չգիտեք, թե այդ ընթացքում ում են հասանելի դարձել Ձեր քարտային տվյալները և ինչ նպատակով այն կկարողանան օգտագործել։
