Այսօր՝ սպետեմբերի 13-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Շիրակի մարզում: Ժամը 16:20-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Շիրակի մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 1-ին դասակի պարեկներ Սուրեն Եղոյանն ու Տիգրան Ամիրխանյանը Գյումրի քաղաքի Մարմարաշենի խճուղում ծառայություն կատարելու ժամանակ նկատում են մի երեխայի, ով անձրևի տակ կարճաթև վերնաշապիկով կանգնած է:
Պարեկները մոտենում են երեխային, պարզվում է, որ տղան չի հիշում տան ճանապարհը և փնտրում է իր ծնողներին: Պարեկները երեխայի հայտնաբերման մասին տեղեկացնում են գումարտակի հրամանատար Կարեն Կուրեղյանին ու գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Աղասի Խաչատրյանին, ինչից հետո պարեկներին են միանում արդեն գումարտակի հրամանատարն ու գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչը և սկսում են երեխայի բնակության վայրը պարզել, իսկ պարեկների մի խումբ էլ սկսում է երեխայի ծնողների որոնողական աշխատանքները:
Shamshyan-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ երեխային պարեկները նստեցնում են իրենց ծառայողական ավտոմեքենան ու նրանից հետաքրքրվում է, թե որ ճանապարհով է ինքը եկել ու հասել Մարմարաշենի խճուղի: Ի վերջո, երեխայի հայտնաբերման վայրից մոտ 2,5 կմ անցնելով պարեկների ավտոմեքենան կանգնեցնում է մի տղամարդ և ասում, որ իր անչափահաս որդուն քանի ժամ է որոնում է ու երբ պարեկները տղամարդուն ցույց են տալիս երեխային, պարզվում է, որ պարեկների հայտնաբերած երեխան այդ տղամարդու որդին է:
Աղբյուրը հայտնում է, որ երբ պարեկները հայտնաբերել են երեխային անձրևի տակ, անօգնական վիճակում, երեխայի մոտով անընդհատ քաղաքացիներ էին անցնում և ցավալի է, որ ցուցաբերում էին անտարբերություն և միայն պարեկներն են, որ հետաքրքրվեցին երեխայի ով լինելով և հայտնաբերեցին ծնողին:
